• Layout HTML of reagent for Tablet and phone does not display correct icons on a help to convert file

  I use sensitive HTML available in RoboHelp 11.  On all of my new help files, the layout works very well and my icons appear correctly.  On all my old files of assistance that have been converted, my icons do not take in the bar for the Tablet and phone.  I use the theme of Government (Theme2_Government), but modified the file for our colors and logos.  I exported the file .slz and I use the same slz file in all the help files.  The only help files that are cutting the icons are the help files that have been converted from an earlier version of RoboHelp.  No idea why this would happen?

  I just downloaded the new update of RoboHelp 11.04 patch and it solved the problem.

  I use Oracle JDeveloper ADF 12.1.2.0.0. I was trying example ADF Insider Essentials Table column filter customization followed the steps, but made a small change to the JavaScript to filter numbers only. When tested my application in the browser Chrome and Mozilla, functionality works as expected, its only numbers to enter in the filter field.

  But the same functionality does not work in IE 9. Is something needs to be done to solve my browser.

• More than 1 file open Excel, Aero Peek will show not miniature, only circles

  Since the critical update from Microsoft last week (26/02/13), when I have more than one file opened in Excel, all I get in the vignettes are circles.  I restored in time before the update and the Aero Peek normally carried out with more than one Excel file is open.  The feature works with more open file in Word, MapPoint and Outlook (all open at the same time).  If there is only a single Excel file open, the Aero Peek thumbnail runs as it should.  The file names appear again, but only spinning circles on the tile.

  Can not say with certainty without the URL of the page, but the first thing I would check is that the color profile for the original JPG is sRGB.

  They appear in color on the screen.

  Have you checked the setting according to your image to make sure that it is not set to print grayscale?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer before the show?

  A thumbnail is a small preview of an image version.

  Here are some steps that you can follow:

  a. open the folder containing the pictures and click on the view tab.

  b. click the Options button to the far right.

  c. click on folder and search options this opens a menu of options.

  d. navigate to the view tab and uncheck the box always show icons, never thumbnails

  e. check the box that says the view of the file on the photos icon.

  f. click on apply and OK.

• Time in Windows 8 applications is incorrect, on desktop and on the parameters displayed correctly - Arizona / no time to not show?

  I'm in Arizona, which is Mountain time zone, but there is no time here.

  My windows applications 8 seem to indicate the hour with applied DST, while the Office present at the right time.  I have TimeZones disabled in settings and the settings to show the correct time.  Messaging, email, Skype apps etc indicate the time only an hour before.  All messages, emails etc. I get seem to come from the future.

  I noticed when I select the Rockies (US and Canada &) and remove the option for daylight saving time, the system, time is OK but the time in apps is an hour ahead as you said. Once I changed the time zone of the Arizona, both time system and the time in apps are the same and set to the correct time.
