• Organizer does recognize not all photos

  I downloaded some pictures in a file under my photo.  When I go to get photos from the file, they are not there (in windows Explorer).  What is these locking?

  I tried other downloads, they work very well.  Run version 10.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

  Thanks for the reply...  I found the culprit, it was WinZip Pro.  I took my laptop and downloaded the files & it unzipped in files which I transferred with my USB to the desktop that was giving me the problem.  Once they have been set, everything started working again as it should.  Thanks again Don
