  Welcome to the community of HP.

  I understand that you have forgotten the administrator password for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M274n and want to reset it.  I'll be happy to help you.

  I'll message you private instructions you need to do. Note that reset will clear your wireless settings, then you may need to reconnect to your network when you have finished resetting. (It's like the printer out of box at that point).

  I have an Acer V3 - 471G (version i7-3610QM). A few years back I put a password in the BIOS options to prevent access to him, but since I did not use the menu of the BIOS for a while, I forgot and am looking for a way to delete or reset. I checked on google, if there is no back door password but have found none so far. the BIOS also doen't give a hash when I it not fit correctly 3 times so the hash crack utilities do not work.

  The only option I have not tried is flashing the BIOS with one that is available on the download page.

  I checked the version of the BIOS under windows and it says it's version 1.18.

  The lowest version available on the site for my model acer is 1.24 and it contains an .exe file and just said to run it.

  Is it safe Flash the BIOS and it will remove the password, or y at - it a safer way to retrieve or remove the password without potentially bricking your laptop?

  Here is some information:

  The version of the BIOS: Insyde H20 1.18

  OS: Windows 10 company, construction 10240

  Type: i7-3610QM / GT640M version

  There is no way to Flash the bios. You need the BIOS, a .fd file and you can extract all in the bios that is removable and you won't find one. It is a hybrid Insyde/Phoenix bios and they are different.

  I forgot my password to access my user admin account I have no fixed disk and when I try to make a requested my password - which I forgot. I have 3 accounts, Admin, my own standard account and a standard account of comments. I tried to change the adim to the standard user account, but it will not change. I tried to change my own account to use an admin account, but again, it will not change. I can't do more long update my security software has so need help please.

  I use Adobe Acrobat Pro XI at the office and was able to use the digital certificate provided by my company and stored in the Windows certificate store to digitally sign PDF documents. After the update (11.0.09) that has stopped working; When I try to sign a document, I'm invited to create a digital ID or choose an existing one from a file; A digital ID for roaming, accessible through the server; A device connected to this computer. However, I can't use existing ID which is always available in the Windows certificate store and used to work before.

  (The same thing happens with the digital signature in Adobe Reader after the update).

  Has changed nothing about how certificates are used for digital signatures with this last update?

  I'm sorry but there is no option to recover the password for the digital signature.

  You can create a new one by following these steps in Acrobat Reader ms.

  Edit-> preferences-> Signatures-> identities Trusted certificates $-> more and click on "Add ID".

  You will see another dialog box and choose according to your requirement in case you want to create a new one by using an existing ID or with a new ID.
