• How can I stop a slide until the user clicks a button?

  I would like to pause a slide until the user clicks on a button (that I created on a Smartshape). The thing is that I have not added a box of click on the smartshape object but have only together properties smartshape to 'use like Button '. If I add a clickbox object, I would get a ' project Pause until that the user clicks on ' in the section property options. However using a smartshape as a button, I can't find this option. I use 6 Captivate. It seems strange that I expect to see the same checkbox option, even if I had to use a smartshape as a button but I did not. Can't someone help me and let me know if I'm missing something.

  Of course, I could use a clickbox on my smartshape to achieve what I want, but I want to avoid this for two reasons:

  1. I want to avoid adding another object when I don't need.
  2. My smartshape is a right arrow (indicating 'Start'), and I'm not a square box sitting on top of a triangle, click because it shows just the hand pointer even if the cursor is not exactly on the arrow button as it enter the clickbox area.

  Click the smart shape, go to properties > accordion Timing > Pause after and determine the number of seconds since the start of the slide to break him.

  Good late night puzzle.

  I would reach this using a slide show.

  Put the two images in the slide show, and then have just a next button with an opaque fill 1%, which was set to be over the switch. When the user clicks, the slide show will move to next slide (which will be State of the switch). I probably also decrease in the duration of the default transition for the melted transition so it's faster than the default value of 3 seconds.

• Dialog boxes that are not active until the user clicks

  When I click on anything that opens a dialog box in Windows 7 Home Premium (version 6.1), I then have to click the dialog box to make it active.  An example is an Excel file protected by password... when I opened the file, the password used to be active for me box so I can just type the password and press ENTER... now I have to first click on the box.
  It started a while ago and more of a nuisance than anything else... I hoped that it could be corrected in an update of Windows, but so far nothing has changed, which leads me to think that I need to change something about myself.  I have reset my keyboard and mouse settings by default, but that made no difference, so I'm open to suggestions!

• several tabs do not auto load until the user clicks

  OK, I have a lot, a lot of tabs open all the time. forever. but in the end I have to restart the computer and use 'restore previous session', now, I do not want each tab to load, (50 videos youtube playing at the same time), so it's easier physically turn off the Internet, then have each tab crash, and then turn internet and just refresh a tab I want to see.

  I hope that makes sense, I want my 100 tabs + crash at startup when I unplug my ethernet cable.

  Have you tried to reload all tabs via the context menu when they are disconnected from the internet if that's what you mean?

  Firefox can still load pages from the cache, but should not be able to play videos.

  Maybe I missed the original request, but if you just want to users the ability to stop/start your project at a time that suits them... have you considered reading control options? It is a simple option that allows the user to pause/run the slide as they wish...

  I created a questionnaire in which the user must answer each question correctly before to proceed to the next slide. That's what I did:

  Are you aware that your required parameter can cause problems, the blocking of the user?   When you use this type of report model, you actually control on where the column values are used - and they can be used several times.

  For example, a setting of 'Model line 1' for one such model could be:
