  Computer of my wife's an A200-JA1, running Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit, but the same problem existed in Windows Vista, this isn't a problem to upgrade. If you drag the mouse to the top of the screen, you get the menu to access the shortcut keys, but pressing on Fn + F__ does not work with the function keys.   Then follow with Hotkey utilities for display devices, hotkey utilities and wireless
