PCIPassthru: 02:00.0: device 0 request 64-bit memory address BAR which exceeded the MPN type
PCIPassthru: 02:00.0: device BAR 4 requested memory 64-bit address that exceeded the type MPN
BIOS SuperMicro is having option: memory mapped IO beyond 4 GB == activated. I can't change this option to disable, Tesla will not work (no MESSAGE in the BIOS message, lack of PCI resources).
How do I use the vDGA mode in my VM in this configuration.

I have a problem with Intel E10G41BFSR in passthrough mode. During the VM I start recive error "Unable to start the virtual machine."

Here's something to try, if it fits your environment...

Go to the firmware of your board S2600GZ Server Host Configuration, and then choose Advanced > PCI Configuration. Change the memory mapped IO beyond 4 GB to disabled. Then try to start the virtual machine with active passthrough.

Struggles through Tesla k10/k20x

I'm getting a few different errors as he tried to cross a K10 Tesla (tried a k20x also).
The material is SuperMicro chassis 2 x E5-2650, 64 gb memory, Lsi 9260-8i controller
This is a new installation of esxi 5.5, I am only to create a virtual machine for this test. I tried to give it a different mix of resources, but the amount of memory I give, either it gives a message "failed to start' with no info or ' invalid memory setting: reservation of memory must be equal to xxx) as references on the page to VMware KB: turn on/off the virtual machine fails with the error : invalid memory for the FPT setting: reservation of memory...
I have check all memory comments on 'reserve' in the settings but it translates "could start" once again.
Any ideas?

That's your problem.

You have something in the bios on your server who would say: "resource PCI 64-bit"?

If you do, try to set it to "disable".

Also make sure you have the latest version of the bios available for you server.
