The e-mail program is Microsoft Outlook, and they have problems with Acrobat Reader DC automatically populate the subject line under the name of the attachment. Because they are such a volume of emailing from within the program, it becomes a chore after remove the subject line all day. Older versions of Acrobat Reader don't fill automatically the subject line in Outlook as CD player doesn't.
