People can not see the photos I send
Whenever I try to send a picture, it will not show for the other partner. It does not say failed or no matter what, it just doesn't show any for them. I tried to install the updated release of Skype, but it still doesn't work. However. Links and other things always work as it should...

I upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan. Since moving from iPhoto to Photos (even before I updated the operating system) when I plug my iPhone 5 to import pictures in the selected library I do not see the photos appear in the import window so that I can select for imports. I literally had to email it to myself, and then import it into the e-mail. I work with different libraries within pictures, so I excluded it only love the library system. Otherwise, I don't know what another parameter to seek that could block it.

Can not see the photo of icloud on iMac
Goodday!
For a while, I have a problem when you try to view the picture on my iMac that were made with my iPhone or iPad.
Photo of what I do with my iPhone stream nicely to icloud and I can almost immediately see on my other devices (iPad etc.). Only on my iMac, they appear as empty photocadres with a symbol of cloud in them. No matter how long wait I won't see the picture. In the right hand corner there is a quarter circle display or one! who says that something was wrong during the download. I have a lot of space on my icloud account and it works fine on my mobile but not on the iMac.
iMac: El Captain 10.11.2, mobile OS: iOS 9.2. All the updates made on all devices.
Someone has any idea how to solve this problem?

From your question, it seems that you use iCloud photo library on your devices. Photos taken on your iPhone or iPad will appear on your devices and iCloud site, but you do not see these photos on your Mac. I understand also that you see an error that says something failed during download.
To resolve this situation, I would recommend using the photo library repair tool. This will new update all content library with iCloud when the repair process is complete.

Below is a screenshot of Photos with photo with the name IMG_1758.JPG. On top of the image is my Finder window you are looking for this image under "This Mac" with no results. Below the resulting from the spotlight that does not show the result. I have only one library of photos under that user. Also, if I am in another application such as Notes, Pages, Numbers, etc., I can't search and find images in the Photos.

I just upgraded from lightroom 5 to 6,
After installation lr6 and traverse the entire validation process, it starts but I can't see pictures in development mode, only a blue square with 2 diagonal white lines.
LR5 is still there and works fine...

I am very new to blackberry, when I take a picture that doesn't show anything in the camera images folder in the media! Yet, the photos I'm able to take fewer! I don't have an sd card installed just by using the phone's memory. Thank you in advance Dave
Just to update this post, I solved this using the very complex procedure of the battery by pulling with the phone on, it worked. Now all my pictures are visible where they should be

Hi guys, just updated my blackberry. Everything was working fine before, just did the update for the hell of it. Now, I don't see any of my contacts on bbm pictures. All I see is the blue guy. I can see their status and the name however. I would like to know what to do! Thank you! I can communicate with them very well.
There is nothing to do, just give more time to synchronize the image. It could take a day.
I've seen several users have the same problem during the last 12 hours, so give it time.

There is one thing that I know that you need to check that COULD be your problem. Open Control Panel (in Classic view) and click Folder Options (or, in Control Panel, click on appearance and personalization and then Folder Options).
Open the view tab and make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT checked.
It would be good to hear from you as to whether that was the problem!
