  PROBLEM SOLVED:

  In fact my Windows 7 used OLD Bluetooth drivers for the device HP laptop.

  So what I did is, 1) is went to the HP site 2) found support my model 3) selected drivers drivers 4) installed Bluetooth drivers 5) combined the head game. (6) make a right click on the device coupled--> you will get an option called "Controls" [if not its simple - your bluetooth driver no is not updated]
  (7) then after you select "Controls" - you will get a screen to connect / disconnect option.
  (8) select the Connect button
  (9) installation it will require drivers for your device.
  (10) then you are READY to USE your Bluetooth Head set.

  So I bought a new bluetooth headset yesterday and it worked perfectly fine at first. I didn't know how to turn off the headset, so I turned off the computer by clicking on the sound icon at the bottom right and changing the "use of the device" to "do not use this device (disabled). However, now the helmet does not at all. I can connect correctly and the bluetooth settings say "use the remote unit speaker to listen to the audio of this PC, status: connected. However, the sound always comes out of my laptop the helmet place, and if I go in sound in Control Panel, my bluetooth headset does not appear in the Read tab. Only RealTek audio is listed. I tried literally everything I've read about these threads (remove the device and adding it again, reinstall the drivers, etc), but nothing works.

  Flash Player for other browsers which is for Opera, Safari and Firefox, and

  "PepperFlash" that is built into Chrome by Google.

  Download the tool or another browser version will have NO EFFECT on Chrome.

I click ok and my Bluetooth headset will beep... I will come back and it is disconnected = (I also on Skype or any other audio software like that... and it won't work. no sound of it. of course.)

My sound settings configuration has not changed, and the helmet device was still attached to the default playback and recording device, it was when I first set up the bluetooth headset. When I reinstalled the helmet, it connected automatically this time without having to open the checking of helmet and do it manually. Before I followed these steps, it wouldn't connect and the headset is not found in the sound control window. I had to open the box to control the headset and connect manually.
