PhoneGap Build in Dreamweaver

PhoneGapBuild.png

I installed the Android SDK. But I can't emulate the device because it remains in the State of the Build queued... He never reach the full status of Build.

If I connect via the browser to build PhoneGap, the .apk, it compiles correctly, in fact I installed on my S3 ad it works!.

My real problem is I can't emulate in Dreamweaver, because I joined the Group of experts never reach the complete build State.

Could you help me, please.

Best,

Claudio

Hello

Please restart Dw after the generation of the project. It works perfectly.

Thank you

  • PhoneGap Build: unable to connect to the server, Dreamweaver CS6

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could fix this problem, I saw, I have Dreamweaver cs6 on a mac, and im trying to connect to phonegap build in dreamweaver, but every time I try, it says that it cannot connect to servers, please try again later, is this a known problem?

    Thank you

    Jonathan

Make sure that you installed the updates for your software Adobe CS6. Go to help > updates to make sure you have later. One in particular you need to install is CSXS, even if I don't remember the exact name of it.

After update, restart your computer to ensure that the associated background services are up-to-date.

If it still does not then, there are a couple of log files, we want to verify what is happening at your end. They are called 'init_status.txt' and 'auth_status.txt' and are located in a folder called "BMP" in /Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe on Mac OS, or C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe on Windows 7.

  • PhoneGap Build and creative cloud

    Hello

I have a full account of creative cloud and I thought I had 25 private apps built with Phonegap, built from Dreamweaver as follows:

    Schermata 01-2456300 alle 01.13.51.png

Unfortunately after compliling the package I get a message like... "you have exceeded the number of apps...". ». But I have only 2 applications on the server Phonegap. Any suggestions to solve the problem? Thanks, K.

One thing to make sure is that you connected using the correct Adobe ID (in the Service of Build PhoneGap Panel) in Dreamweaver. I checked the account associated with the same e-mail address, you used to log in to these forums and confirmed that it is configured correctly for PhoneGap Build.

You get this message in Dreamweaver?
If so, what are you doing / just before clicking the message?

    What exactly the message say?
If you could include a screenshot of the error, it would be much appreciated.

If you create a Site in Dreamweaver, create an index.html file there and then try to download this PhoneGap Build via Dreamweaver, you receive the same message?

To make sure that you have the latest updates of Phonegap, this feature is deprecated. You can use http://build.phonegap.com directly for packaging your applications. More info in this article.

  • PhoneGap build Dreamweaver Extension not displaying correct not build State

Starting yesterday the Extension of Dreamweaver PhoneGap build does not display the correct version status for Android or Symbian after clicking on 'Rebuild the Application'.  They always show that the Build queue, but if you look at the site build.phonegap.com they finished construction.  I tried loging off the screen and the connection back.  I tried to close Dreamweaver and reopening.  The two sections are displayed correctly until the next time that you click on "demand to rebuild."

Jason, I guess that after erasing the folders in your site, you're not face any problem.

  • How can I sign an application made with PhoneGap Build?

    Hello

I set up the service of PhoneGap Build and created an account in order to make an application and download it in my cell phone.

Now I've reached the point where I want to sign it and upload it to Google game.

I have a developer account and I filled out all the data, do some screenshots and icons and a description for the app, etc.

When I try to download on Google game it says "Upload failed...". "and I have to disable debugging.

I tried to find information on how to do it and I installed the SDK package and even with success put in place the path in the settings for PhoneGap Build without any protest...

    Now what?

I read trhe documentation on how to make a key with keytool using the cmd in windows one private key was transferred on my account on the phonegap construction site.

Now according to the doc in phonegap to build this key must be used to signing the app I did in dreamweaver. So I recreated the app in Dreamweaver and uploaded and then tried to download Google game.

Always the same problem that the application is in debug mode. This means that generation gap phone does not work as it should, or maybe that my key does not work.

So my question is, first of all how can we see if the key is correctly generated with keytool?

My next step is to manually sign the file app.apk with the jarsigner tool so I tried to do what therefore to the sample in the android documentation.

This a screenshot of my attempt and the error message in the command line:

    error_jarsigner.png

It feels like I've done everything by the book, but still my app is not signed and not valid for download on Google game files.

Please give me a help in the creation of this last stage little but so difficult.

    Thank you!

    I solved it...

If someone else made the same mistake that I had then look here.

Just create the key with the keytool utility using the command line (cmd.exe)

Here is the how to guide (scroll down to "1." Obtain a suitable private key")

Use the example, it works very well.

Then upload it to your PhoneGap Build account by logging in at build.phonegap.com

Under your account settings, download the yourkey.keystore file, and then unlock it.

Then under Apps on your downloaded App title to get into the details of the application.

Then (and this is what I missed and therefore have not signed and published) choose the key that you downloaded in the fold to the bottom of the menu to the right hanbd of the android logo

Then click on rebuild and when it's done rebuild you just download and there a Yourapplication release added the file name and you are ready!

Pheeeww it is a terrifying experience and yet so simple solution... Another strange noone has experienced this before me.

In the end, I really welcome Dreamweaver which is also a great tool to easily make your own applications.

  • Get the .csk for PhoneGap Build .db file

I had the. CSK folder but now I have no idea how to get the. DB one. I tried searching the Internet, but all the information I got is different and not clear. I have received no other files by email.

Is it possible to get the. File DB without installing any SDK? It is nearly 300 MB (I use Windows XP). And I really don't need, I want just that file.

Please, I would appreciate your help.

    Thank you much in advance.

Hello. You are not able to build for BBOS with WebWorks 2.0 product. BBOS is a separate architecture even to WebWorks.

To build to BBOS, you will need to use the tools BBOS here:

  • How to lock the orientation in the PhoneGap Build

I'm trying to transfer a game on Android with PhoneGap Build JS/CSS/HTML and I need to lock the rotation to the landscape, but I can't find a working online solution.

I tried to put it in the config.xml file, but it does not work:

    <preference name="orientation" value="landscape" />

And I found others online who say to change the AndroidManifest.xml, but I can't find it in my project PhoneGap folder I have these files:

    -.cordova (empty folder)

    -hooks (empty folder)

    -platforms

    -browser (contain default phonegap site/app)

    -platforms.json

    -plugins

-www (contain the site's html/css/js files I want to put in an Android app)

    Thanks for your help!

This could be your problem. The config.XML and index.html file must be in the same directory and that the the root of the zip file you publish PhoneGap Build. The hooks, platforms should not be included in the zip file.

  • iTunes fails to install the created PhoneGap Build .ipa file

I used PhoneGap Build to create a .ipa file signed.   However, iTunes is not able to install it on my iPod Touch which is running iOS 9.3.4.   When I start to synchronize the device it goes through the process of installation of the application, but then the application icon disappears and no error message is displayed.   Any suggestions on how to figure out what might be wrong.   I use the latest version of PhoneGap - cli - 6.3.0 (4.2.0 / 5.2.1 / 4.4.1)   My application ID is 2214031.

    Yes.

The distribution certificate allows you to download from the AppStore. Apps can only be downloaded and installed from there, then.

If you want to install on your device to directly test a .ipa, there a development certificate, the devices registered (in your account of Apple developers) and a mobileprovision with these included devices.

  • Images by default Windows Store rejects built with Phonegap Build

Recently this year, Microsoft has updated their policies.  PhoneGap Build has updated their servers for including CLI 6.1 +, which opens the options for the config.xml file for different processor architectures Windows, as well as versions of OS now.  Now, there is a problem, I have somewhere in the process.  The problem is a failure to test brand:

There are some images that are respected in the output of the .aspx file resulting of Phonegap Build.  The images in question are images of Cordoba by default placed in the folder root\images of the .aspx file.  No matter what configurations I place my file config.xml, these images are not being replaced, so the .aspx still has no presentation.  I tried these parameters:

Here is the structure of the app:

As you can see, I tried to place in different places.  I've updated the config.xml file each time.  I tried these permutations different config.xml:

    "< icon src="icons/windows/StoreLogo.scale-100.png "width ="50"height ="50"/ >

    "< icon src=www/icons/windows/StoreLogo.scale-100.png" width = "50" height = "50" / >

    "< icon src="res/icon/windows/StoreLogo.scale-100.png "width ="50"height ="50"/ >

    "< icon src="www/icons/windows/StoreLogo.scale-100.png "target ="StoreLogo"/ >

At least if Phonegap Build has not generated from these files, the application would satisfy.  Take not that I have a set of default icon and splash screen.  These settings especially for my default settings changed not the generation who spent (a few months ago) before the update to their servers for support of Windows 10 GBP.  The resulting app generated at that time there was the screen icon and correct boot for all platforms.

How do I configure BMPS to create an application that will pass the requirements of Microsoft or remove .png files in the Archives of .aspx, under pics which are the images by default of cordova dislike Microsoft.

I submitted this as a bug.  It was addressed quickly and BMP substitute for now all images, as expected.
