  Thanks Pat. I was able to solve the problem.

  Operating system is Windows 7 Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.07.

  I went into the properties file where I've identified that users only have read & execute and read properties, I changed the properties for everyone to full control. Which corrects the problem.

  I don't know how the properties changed to just Read & Execute, but there was an automatic update the previous night.

• I have a grid on my photos just released and I can not understand how to get rid of.  I quit photoshop, when I put it on it was still there.

  (3) you can also try to contact the software vendor to see if they provide a uninstall software or tool.

  1 - restart the system.

  2 - log out of CC

  3 - Close all applications of CC if running before you download for example Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

  4 - Begin download again.
