Photos of the best arrangements records-photos

Hello.

What is the best / / recommend the Photo Albums folder structure?

What I have to do a lot of folders and subfolders, or I can do records subjects and all photos will be placed in this folder?

Thank you.

This is the current structure:

Totally a personal decision

I use prefer iron albums and folders - mainly for big topics like holidays and destinations

For me the faces and moments manage most things

But others like lots of albums and folders - different races for different people

With Photos, you can do a lot of different organizational strategies - you have the choice

  • How to set up the hearing to get the best possible recording.

Hello.  I'm a complete noob to your help and understanding are greatly appreciated.

I use Windows 7, Samson co1u mic and audition cs6.

I would like to know how to set the hearing to get the best possible recording.  I'm only audio recording for a podcast.

I record in a 12 x 15 typical room in my home office.

    Thank you.

He is not hearing, you must set up - simply recording what send you it, and it does not change in the slightest. What you need to do, is get the vocal microphone so that it picks up your voice in the best conditions it can - and it will be a combination of the microphone technique and possibly some changes of scenery if the room is particularly reverberant or echo-y.

The microphone must be ideally on a support, and you need about 8-9 "of her, but ideally not directly talk to him. In other words, he won't be directly in front of your mouth; If you put it there, you stand a much better chance of picking up the sibilence and plosives ("ssss" sounds and pop). So just below or just above level of the mouth, and very slightly to one side usually works quite well. Made a windshield. I dream of recording direct speech like that without the help of a.

You can set it up like that at first and see what it sounds like. If you get a lot of 'place' sound in it, you may need to put curtains of some sort behind you (the sensitive direction of mic's is this way, of course), which will reduce noise reflected from the walls. Being farthest from the walls is generally a good thing - more near the center of most of the sounds of spaces better because of this. If there are windows with curtains or drapes, then close them - large glass surfaces can make its rooms even worse. If you are going to do a lot of this, and have trouble with the room, then one good patch is one of the laboratories reflection filters themselves. Initially, I was rather dubious on one of them would work well, but after trying, I am convinced - it's a great way to keep a lot of room on the microphone.

  • What are the best settings for GEforce GTX680 & first Pro CC

I bought the Geforce GTX 680 mac edition and installed in my Mac Pro 2012. However, there are some settings in Premiere Pro that are a bit complicated to me. To maximize the effectiveness of the video card and get the best time record I want to make sure my settings are correct.

I read that under sequence settings, it is best to check the quality of best rendering then under Preferences > memory I need to check memory instead of the Performance. Am I correct in doing this?

Do not set the memory to memory. Real time playback and export slowing down considerably. Only if you're low on ram, to start with. Only, you must ask the rendering quality Max for sequences sometimes when FX preview correctly.

  • Cannot repair the photo library. The best way to restore from iCloud library?

The photo library of the system is damaged and cannot be repaired.

It is said "Photos has attempted to repair the library"Pictures Library 2015 ", but can not open it." .

I first met problems with this library a week before and at the time where I could repair and open the library successfully, but lacked a month value of photos.

Given that it was successfully in the iCloud library, I left it to re - sync - but this process suspended several times before the end, and the photo library of the system now seems to be permanently damaged.

I have no project of marked or impression of faces in the photo library of the system, then I would be happy just to restore from iCloud.

My plan is to put in place a new - empty - library and then that designate the library of the system.

If I understand this right, the new (empty) system Photo library will now resynchronize with iCloud and will copy all the contents of this library of back to my Mac.

Is this correct? It is the most effective way to restore my library?

And while I'm here - what is the best way to manage a very large library? I had my photo library become corrupted ten three or four times over the past years and have found it necessary to divide into single years to prevent this. I overlooked this piece of household by the end of 2015, and now it's happened again... Surely, there must be an easier way to manage libraries of images of several years?

Is this correct? It is the most effective way to restore my library?

Yes, if you don't have a useful upward on your Mac.

How do you call a large library, I've never had a corrupt Library, I think that your problems are not the result of the size of the library, but rather something else. From my experience it is recommended to maintain a local upward, I use Time machine, but also have a second to the top using a third-party backup solution.

  • What would be the best video editing and photo editing software to use for an iMac for advanced users?

My first exposure to video and photo editing is on a PC with Adobe Premier and Adobe Photoshop.  I own a Macbook Air and have used iMovie and iPhoto.  It took me a few years to sort and organize thousands of photos archived and videos.  Now, with the changes in Final Cut Pro and the loss of the opening, I am, even once, sitting on the fence.  Compatibility between the software has always been a controversial issue and that you accumulate more and more files, it would be nice if Apple should keep in mind to develop software that can be upgraded seamlessly without losing or change any data.  For example, the photo is correct, once you become familiar with it. However, personally, I like the way events were created in iPhoto, but also how you can scrub through each event, just sweep a finger of each event.  Now in the Photos, you need to scroll right rows and rows of pictures, which seems to be a step backward when it comes down to the speed and convenience. I finally have the time to go back to my hobby of video editing and I was about to buy an iMac or a Macbook Pro.  What is the best choice for video and photo editing, or should I be looking back to Adobe?

You can go to Phase One's Capture One.

  • What is the best way to convert 37 000 photos in iPhoto in Photos

I have a file with 37 000 photos iPhoto. I wish I only know how to use an Apple S/W photos, that's why I want to convert my new photos have been involved in the Photos!

What are the best options to convert 37 000 photos in Photos?

Is there a limitation on the number of photos Photos can hold/grip? It will run in degraded mode?

Should I have / is it possible to have more than one library? If so, does that mean that I lose a search function, i.e. I should search in each library, if I want to find something...?

All comments and ideas would be instructive.

There is an option - migrate the iPhoto photo library - it is good to change first the iPhoto library - see these advice Notes on the migration of an iPhoto for iPhoto to Photos for Mac library

No limitation on PHotos photos - your disk space is limiting - large libraries do not slow down it (I have a 20 000 library and library one 80 000 photos (not ready to pay for the space to her iCloud))

You can have several libraries of Photos, but you cannot search through them (PowerPhotos can help with this if you want multiple libraries)

  • How can I make the best use of a new external hard drive and a new catalog full of photos just loaded into Photoshop elements 14 Organizer?

How can I make the best use of a new external hard drive and a new catalog full of photos just loaded into Photoshop elements 14 Organizer?

Keep all the files on external hard drive image?  Nothing else and no pictures on the desktop?

Keep all image files both places?

What is the best way to go through thousands of images in the Organizer to identify and place them in files?

Once I've placed a file, I just leave it in the entire catalog or a way indicate to me that it has been sorted?

As overwhelming, any tips/shortcuts/schemes, you can offer are welcome!

As I only have the version of the EP, here is some info on the organiser:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Photoshop-elements/how-to/use-elements-Organizer.html

Independent of how this feature works, you want to have your photos in one place and have a backup (second copy) somewhere else. All hard drives will not be successful at some point - some more early, some late - never trust to have your files in any safety devices if they are on a single disc. Once you have your sorted, it would be useful that you will organize/name/tag new photos immediately if the task is relatively short and simple. I copy my photos on my internal hard drive for my camera, take a quick look with preview to see who needs some changes and then decide where to put them - either drop them immediately after naming them or bring in an editing application and then file them away.

Software of Apple's professional photo 'Openness' is no longer sold. Professional software, you will need to look for software from third-party manufacturers - Lightroom, Capture One, to name a few.

The News Photos of the Apple is still very basic and more suitable for an amateur user casual; you don't have much control over the design of the database of Photos.

  • The HP ScanJet Flatbed 300: Which is the best scanner for photos?

What is the best for the photos? The HP ScanJet Flatbed 300 or the HP Photosmart 6520 device?

I have several old black & white photos I want to scan and then upload to Blurb to make an album. I want just the best scanner because the quality, old photos is pretty terrible. A recommendation please! Mark

    Hello

Normally the scanner is better than the scan on a printer AiO funtion. If you want to use only SCAN function, the 300 Scanjet is much better than the AiO 6520 and LESS hassle than the AiO.

    Kind regards.

  • What is the best way to make a second copy of a series of photos on a hard drive after that I imported and made changes?

What is the best way to replace the second copies of photos created during import with revised versions? Export, seems to be an option, but is there a method named? I use Lightroom CC/6

I don't think you understand the concept of Lightroom. The settings are stored in the catalog. They are not applied to the images. The catalog is the key. If the images in the main location are damaged or lost, then you can copy the backup images at that location and any adjustments that have been made will be implemented. The main thing you want to be sure to do is have a backup of your catalog, as well as a backup of your images. You can export copies of your images as JPEG, PSD or TIF images, and these copies will have all the adjustments included.

  • What is the best color space for workflow photo where the goal is marketing and selling prints?

What is the best color space for workflow photo where the goal is marketing and selling prints?

The really important thing here is not work in the color space. The important thing is that you set up your calibration targets so they correspond to the document that you are printing on. This means that the white monitor should be a Visual match white paper and black monitor a match to the density of the ink max for the paper.

But to answer the question - assuming that you print on an inkjet printer, Adobe RGB should cover most of what the printer can reproduce on a glossy paper of good quality. If you have or get a range wide screen you will also be able to see the range of the file to the screen and you can then test your profile to print with confidence that "what you see is what you get".

Some will say that good inkjet reproduce some colors that are in fact outside the Adobe RGB, and so you have to work in ProPhoto. While technically true, this superior to Adobe RGB color range is very small and very limited and IMO a fairly minor concern.
