• Questions PDF in photoshop 2015.5 CC

  Photoshop 2015.5 CC on Windows 10 x 64

  * When I open a pdf in photoshop: "could not apply the workspace because of a disk error."

  * When I want to save a project as a PDF: "cannot save as xxxx bacause of a disk error."

  -> I scanned my disk (SSD): no error

  -> I can record on all other formats without any problem

  -> I cleaned (perhaps too) since the temp folder and the appdata folder

  Maybe I have something removed from the temporary folder used by Photoshop to handle PDF queries, but I can't solve, even with a reinstallation of photoshop.

  I also reinstalled Adobe reader...

  Does anyone have an idea?

• Plugins Photoshop 2015.5 and Alien Skin

  Hello.

  Today, I installed the new version of Photoshop 2015.5 and uninstalled my previous version. I try to install Alien Skin Snap Art and the installation program is not Photoshop. When I install Snap Art, it goes in its own directory, and I know that this new directory is in common Files.../CC.

  I went on the Alien Skin website and downloaded their latest installer snap-art - 4.1.0.119, which is supposed to be updated for the new version of Photoshop. It does not work. I tried to install my filters "Topaz", and they work as well as Alien Skin Eye Candy. I read that some people have simply copy/paste filters into the new directory. Well, there is no file filter Snap art, just an exe file.

  I used the Adobe cleaning tool to remove everything from my PC and uninstalled Photoshop 15.5 and tried again with no results. If there is someone out there, who has already installed Alien Skin filters, I could really use some help with this problem.

• Photoshop 2015.5 CC - never worse update

  Just share my frustration - I can see after a quick Google there are many others feel the same way.

  I've never had a problem before with previous updates, but this new Photoshop 2015.5 patch is God awful and makes the program almost unusable. It freezes when it opens, it crashes when you open a new file, it feezes when you close a file, it crashes when you use a tool - it freezes on pretty much everything.

  Adobe, admit there is a problem with your update and fix it as soon as POSSIBLE. I'm not going to spend hours my end trying to watch this or that when I know that the problem is with your software. It cost myself and many others yet, when it comes to the conduct of business.

  Yes I pay for a service and I expect to work.

  My apologies for coming across so ragey... I was a 'small' annoyed because I spent all day yesterday of opening and closing of Photoshop after each second action, while trying to get a finished off ad clients - and there again this morning. I'm usually pretty patient but good... only human, I guess.

• File association missing after upgrade to Photoshop 2015.5

  I have Windows 7 and I've just updated to Photoshop 2015.5.

  Right now, I'm no more able to open files directly from the folder (as open with photoshop) because if I try to set the new photoshop as default software it simply ignore it.

  I can only open files directly from photoshop.

  How can I fix?
