  How can you actually save them? It looks like you use save for Web, which eliminates these flags of meta in your JPEG files. PNG has also no ppp to start setting... So more or less what you see would be quite normal. It is a mistake to workflow on your part use the normal save / save as, and formats that supports an indicator DPI (including JPEG, TIFF, PSD, but not most of the other)

  I just got a copy of Photoshop CS3 Extended.  I use Windows 7 and it installed fine.  However, I have noticed that many functions (i.e. Gallery of filters) appear in light gray and cannot be activated.  All standard plugins are visible but also cannot be triggered.  I am not yet familiar with Photoshop and I don't know if I'm missing something here.  Any help is very appreciated.

  Make sure you are in Image-> Mode-> RGB color and Image-> Mode-> 8 Bits/channel that not all filters work in all modes.

  Extended and standard are the same code - you do not have to uninstall or reinstall.  The only difference is the serial number.

  Everything you have to do is turn off your standard copy (remove the serial number), then reactive with serial number for extended.
