Photoshop elements 9-download of Revel?

When you choose to share since Photoshop Elements 9 it will go to Revel or not work?  How to make this work?

Elements 9 used for synchronization with photoshop.com, which is no longer supported.  He does not communicate with Revel.

The current version of elements is the 12 version and it has a feature called Mobile albums. These albums can keep your organizer of revel account and items so that you can see your files on all your devices in sync.

If you wish to continue using the 9 Elements for editing, you can use adoberevel.com on an abrowser to upload photos to revel.
