Photoshop: Move layers to a new Document

I want to move a layer of merged to a new document to an image, but I don't know how. I use PS CC 2015. Any suggestions?

Have you reviewed your Windows event logs to see if there are clues to what's going wrong with that? Check the system and Application logs more precisely.

How to move shape layers in a new file?

I have a file with multiple layers in there but I want to move shapes in a new file (not a new copy of the same file) but I also want to keep the source formatting and I can't meet the forms so please help. I tried to copy paste the ND, but it did not work. So please help. Thank you.

OK, there are two ways, depending on whether your use perforations or separate document windows.

Tabs:

Select all layers

Move the mouse to the document, and then drag the document to the new tab

Separate windows:

Select all layers

Drag the layer to the new window

Hold down the SHIFT key if you want them to be co-located on the document.

Hi all
I can't find out what the problem is. Did a little poking around on the Internet and who have not yet managed to find something. Everytime I open a document, such as an image, the image appears empty. What I mean by Virgin... the bottom seems to be transparent. I know that the image is present because it comes in layers and if I use the tool pen to draw on the image that appears the new line drawn, but only the. If I chose to zoom on the image everything goes back to transparent. This problem also occurs when I create a new document. Nothing is displayed except for background 'transparent' even if its solid white background. Can someone help me here please? Thanks in advance.

In addition to what Bill asked, the problem goes away if you disable OpenGL drawing in Edit - Preferences - Performance (then restart Photoshop)?

During the last day, I saw some questions that sound a little like yours with the driver ATI Catalyst 11.8 (the last version to date). I'm still working to get to the bottom of why, but if you downloaded ATI Catalyst 11.8, something to try would be to uninstall and then falling back to their release 11.7, I found quite stable.

Bubble icons are the widgets corner. You can drag inward to round the corner. They are not part of your problem. If you want to hide them, select view > hide corner Widget. I have a hotkey defined for this menu item.

If you see multiple bullseyes, you may have your set with the shape selected, that would prevent you from being able to move individual anchor points. Deselect the shape first, and then move the anchor with the direct Selection tool.

CC Photoshop crashes when I create a new Document

At first, I thought it was if I open anything, but then I tried just by opening one of my files and it worked perfectly fine. But when I created a new document, it would show something like "Photoshop has stopped working". I have searched online to see if I could fix it easily, but none of the tutorials are of no help. I use a Windows 7 laptop.

UPDATE: I stopped seeing the problem and after a few hours, open Photoshop again. This time, it was working completely fine. I don't know what the problem was.

I uninstalled shortly before KMPlayer so that could have been a factor. I don't know if it's really since Photoshop always worked when I had The KMPlayer.

Photoshop pen pressure only works in the new Document

I'm having a problem where open any document recorded photoshop previously causes the pressure of the pen to stop working. When you open a saved document previously, I have a little guy of caution icon next to any setting defined in regulation of the stylus pressure in the pane of the brush. Hovering over the icon warning gives me a ScreenTip that says "pen pressure control requires the use of a pressure sensitive tablet.
If I open Photoshop and create a new document, everything works fine. But once I open any file created previously, pen pressure completely stops operating until I have restart Photoshop, even if I create a new document from there.
Anyone encounter this? It's really driving me crazy. I use a Cintiq 21UX (driver version 6.3.4 - 3) with Photoshop CC (14.1.1) on a Windows 7 computer.

Recognizing the pressure does not depend on anything in the document.

Contact Wacom, since it seems that their driver returns inconsistent results.
