  I'm running the latest InDesign CC2015. It works fine on my Windows Surface. It has just stopped working - nothing has changed. No update of the software system or InDesign itself. The tool move will select things, but I can't move anything. Not locked layers or something like that - it does not work in any new or existing document. I can move objects with my arrows. Basically, InDesign is unusable. I teach InDesign - so not a beginner... pretty sure it's a weird or any bug just popped up.

  I deleted the cache and user prefs and it did nothing.

  Eugene - I have reset my preferences. InDesign does the 'normal' way as you suggest, I went and deleted the files. And InDesign don't always co-oporate - but thanks for the obvious - have you read the part about I am instructor certified Adobe and not a beginner?

  He works today. I have problems with Lightroom do not behave properly yesterday. When I tried to look in my application cloud creative, which has been 'broken', too. Everything worked except the applications screen, who turned just as it was loading, but would not actually load. This happened to me before. You cannot uninstall the app CC - in fact he has a fit and said that you always have installed applications. Then... Make sure the level that I want to spend the move tool does nothing and it rises, as if I'm trying to select part of the image that is similar to the use of the Selection tool (as shown in the picture attatched) but then nothing happens. The only way I'm able to move my image now is if I use the transform tool and it's really frustrating and time consuming way to do.   Hi Serenah: This isn't the tool move, this is the path Selection tool. 2015 CC took a major interface update! The move tool is now arrow 4 sides and just to keep things interesting, tool display changes with the workspace. To reset the tools, choose window > Workspace > Essentials reset.   This is an expected behavior for a dynamic object. When you 'Open as smart object,' Lightroom going on your original (usually raw image) source file to PS and PS places in a wrapper (the dynamic object) and returns a flattened image of the result.

  When you double-click the thumbnail of the dynamic object, you can change the contents of the dynamic object. If your original data is a raw file, this will open in Camera Raw.

  If you want to select an area and make changes, you must do one of two things:

  1. Rasterize the smart object (which defeats the purpose of having a dynamic object), or
  2. Make a rasterized copy on a top layer (create a new layer above the smart object, and then press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-E or Cmd-Opt-shift-E to "Merge visible layers". Make your changes on the new copy of layer, keeping the original data in the smart object.

  You uncompress the BIOS correctly?
  Have you installed the VAP for Win 7?

  The VAP is necessary and I noticed that the BIOS update question can appear if something is wrong with the installed VAP. Maybe you need to update/reinstall the VAP.

  Uncheck the automatic selection in the move tool Options bar. That should do it.

  I need to update vmware tools on a virtual computer within a vapp group to include drivers of vshield. with the following switches

  How would I go about this script so that is applied to each virtual machine in the TIME?

  You can call this method in a loop for each of the virtual machine in the vApp.
