  I work with a PDF file that must undergo some accessibility tests, and I'm up against a barrier with something that should be simple. I created the layout using InDesign and when I exported to PDF, I have identified English as the language.

  When I open the PDF using Acrobat Pro DC and went to file > properties > Advanced tab > playback Options and there was no specified language. So, I used the dropdown menu, choose English and saved.

  When I open the PDF using Acrobat Reader DC, or when other people I have not sent the file to open it, there are still no language specified in the reading Options section. I tried using codes from ISO, for implementation in other languages in the drop-down menus, but I can't get any display value.

  I'm on a Mac using InDesign CC 2015, Acrobat Pro DC 2015 with the latest updates.

  How can I get the language to display in the Options section of reading on Acrobat Reader DC?

• Window display OpenExr playback Options for all files when generating thumbnails

  I use Bridge CC 6.2.0.179 x 64. I work a lot with the OpenExr files. All of a sudden bridge appears this little window of playback options (regarding the Alpha channel) for all OpenExr files when generating thumbnails, which pretty much makes bridge unusable when you enter a folder with many pictures. Is there a way to disable this option? I've never known this behavior before, so it seems to me that it was introduced with a recent update. Any help on this is much appreciated. Google did not until now, anything useful.

  We published a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2015) on July 19, 2016. This update is available via the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  We addressed the issue of "Open EXR reading Options Window" in this version. Please try the new version and check the number you have met.

  If you are not able to locate the bridge (CC 2015) on the creative cloud application, you will need to update application creative cloud and restart the machine.

  Can someone please?
  I'm on FF 18, Windows XP and the latest Java (1.7.0_11).
  After spending many hours of research and reading messages on FF blocks Java I fully understand the reasoning for this and it's good for me BUT I don't want to view/use java on trusted sites. The article, http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-use-java-if-its-been-blocked , seemed quite simple and clear, BUT when I tried to do this on the Oracle Java test page, like others, I don't have an option "click here to play." There was no red icon in the url address box (click on), but there was a yellow jump to the top of the strip containing a blue icon on the left, the view that a plugin and a button to install it. By clicking on the blue icon did not bring to the top of any option "click to Play" and this icon does not appear in the url address box. By clicking on the button install only take back me to the page of download at Oracle (and we can continue on this route to infinity).

  Java works fine under IE (depending on the Oracle test page). I noticed in FF, when I go to the test page, which should be a milliseconds I see Java test screen (rotating circle of blue dots), but then it gets blocked with the box greyed out. There are no messages on this box, as described in the article above, only a message to a plugin, by clicking again on which brings back me to a button new download.

  I tried to uninstall Java and then by downloading a new through IE but that makes no difference.

  What can I do to get the option "Click to play" at work (no matter which route would be nice IE by clicking on an icon or the greyed boxes?)

• No audio device is installed in the audio playback option

  Hi, I use windows7 family basic computer laptop vaio sony, I started recently in the face of the question with my his laptop. The system is not identify internal speakers and the sound icon is to have a sign of X.

  I tried to update the drivers and all also reinstalled windows again but the problem persists. When I go to the sound icon reading devices it says no audio devices are installed. realtek high definition audio is not visible in the Device Manager section.

  Have tried to reset the default BIOS settings as well.

  Please help what needs to be done now.

  You have a fluorescent lamp next to your computer which could be emitting a rf? This could interfere with the microphone.

  Click levels (tab)

  check if the value is 100% >

  I can only summon the media player on OS versions 4.3.0+.

  Prior to version 4.3.0 you need save the movie to the BlackBerry (to be built in memory or micro SD card) using a FileConnection.  Once saved, you can open the browser with the file:// URL.

  Note that the FileConnection has been added in version 4.2.0 of the API of BlackBerry set.  Earlier versions require the movie available on a web server.

  Just bought an Asus GeForce GTX 560 it just so that I can use the graphics acceleration on Adobe first Pro CS5.

  PROBLEM SOLVED.

  I have reinstalled CS5 on the bookdisk and it worked fine. Past 9 hours trying everything else sound was really the only thing left and the last thing I wanted to do.
