  I copied perhaps 25 data DVD disk (1 volume, through about 4 servings).   As JGarry says the forum is inhabited by volunteers, and this includes moderators. We have all our own work to do and moderators only tend to hang around some forums that are of interest for themselves. If you're a regular in a particular forum, it is often clear that moderators are in this area, but a moderator do not necessarily know which moderate other forums, so it could be anyone. On this forum software, once a message is deleted, it is removed and there is no trace of that he deleted (unlike some other forum software that "soft deletions" messages and brand that did it). Even the admin team would struggle who did the deletion.

  As for "bump" threads, which could very well be a reason why the posts were deleted. Be a forum of volunteers, it would be extremely rude to raise your son as if your problem is more important than others, and if your bump is not providing additional useful information to help people to answer your question, then this is a useless post that may very well be removed.

  It is not easy. How can you identify a "double post"? Assume that two threads have exactly the same words for the title and body (and are reported by the same person), which of the two should be deleted? They may contain different responses, different numbers of answers.

  You ask for a human being to check each thread and compare it with the previous and current discussions and bring a judgment call.

• How can I delete the images I posted in threads?

  I came here before and I've posted questions to people to help me. That being said, I sometimes had to post images to show the people what I was talking about. I find this kind of insecure, so I wanted to make sure I deleted all the images that I had posted before just for questions of security, so that no one else could see the photos I posted from my computer. Any suggestions on this subject, where I can find where to delete them?

  If you have had an accident unexplained camera or a bug please report it here in this one single thread. By reporting any camera hangs in one place and not in separate threads, as well as information on the configuration of the camera and aboved we hopefull can achieve several things:

  1: know just how big or small the problems really are. These incidents isolated or is there a bigger problem. There are thousands of F5 Networks and F55 in operation day after day. It is not surprising to find the weird device with a previously unknown hardware or a software problem, but if there are several examples of the same show, then this may indicate a problem of firmware. By collationg, all unexplained of bug reports in one place that we can find areas of interest.

  2: by including a detailed report of what is past and what accessories were attached to the time where we can look for common factors that can cause problems.

  3: Sony only needs to check a thread to see what is happening, they do not need to browse through pages and pages of stuff.

  ONLY after a bug/crash report. NO feature requests or ' I wish that... ". "Lets keep the clutter of wire free to make it easier to see any real operational concerns. I suggest a single page that can be updated with workarounds or know bugs that users should be aware of. Please do not discuss your problems or other problems on this thread. That's just pointing that out. If you want to discuss a topic report it here first, and then open a new thread on this specific issue.

  WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A BUG REPORT:

  Please provide the following information:

  Version type and the firmware of the camera. Version of the firmware so attached R5.

  Attached Aboved, include R5, adapters battery or power supply, viewfinders, monitors connected directly to the camera.

  Type of battery and the brand, the battery charge State if know.

  The type of SxS card, preferably the part number on the back of the card for example 'SBP - 64.

  The record format and pace. All special modes such as slow shutter or S & Q.

  If you use a scene or non-standard file defining let us know.

  What you were doing when the bug appeared and what has happened as well.

  Everything you think might have contributed to the bug or what you're doing to get around.

  Moderators: I think it must be done in a sticky?

  As reported in another thread: If you upgrade the firmware and then load a FILE ALL created when the appliance has been set at 25 p/50 p, then the camera crashes while recording. For now, I would recommend creating a FILE all charges or the SCENE FILE for each version of firmware.
