  To make a long story short

  I managed to get access to the limited WARRANTY statement today after a long session with the customer. Confusion with the login resulted from the long period of time since the purchases and long-lost information. I was trying to login to LWS with my own personal login and not the original credentials are most well-known.   In some extreme cases, I helped people a piece of lightweight cardboard of stripes on their touchpad... Unless you have two panels of control parameters of competitors, it should really be disabled systemwide with a notch.

  Has anyone working on this issue before or familiar with what's going on?

  Hi, first of all, I would like to say that I did a LOT of research for this problem and tried many things without result.

  Whenever I turn on the computer Aero is disabled so I can't start, the option is not available in the menu customize, if I change a theme Aero, that's going to change this theme, but without Aero, and I have not the possibility to set the transparency.

  If only, I rebooted the computer, Aero is fixed and it works but of course if I shut DOWN the pc and power on Aero will be disabled and I always have to do a reboot after I turn it on.

  Things I tried (but failed):

  -Change video card + driver

  -Reinstall the drivers (latest)

  -Reinstall windows (2 times)

  -Updated BIOS

  -Forced AERO to start via cmd (it starts up and immediately disappear)

  My specs:
  -Video card: Ati Radeon R7 250

  -Proccessor: AMD FX 6300 3.5 GHz

  -Motherboard: 980DE3/U3S3

  -UPS: Segotep Raynor 650w

  -8 GB Ram

  -Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

  This problem is driving me crazy and I appreciate any help!

  I have fixed the horizontal lines by changing the VGA with a one DVI cable.

  I plan to install Windows 8.1 in the near future to see if this get my fixed Aero problem or perhaps install another version of Windows 7, may be ultimate.

  I will update with my results.

  PS: if it does not change the windows, it may be because of the motherboard, this is my last suspect.

  The logic here is the 1 means 'yes', a 0 would mean no..   We do NOT want the user settings to remove on the upgrade, so that we modify the value.
  
  Once you make the change and press 0, you can go out, and that will solve the problem.    Note that you must always indicate the pilots to turn off the touchpad when an external pointing device is connected if you don't have already done.
  
  The advantage of doing this, rather than turn off the touchpad, is that you can unplug your mouse to travel, and you don't have to make time before changes.
