Police is messed up on Firefox 17.0

Just updated to FF17.0 and fonts look awful when the ClearType is enabled in Windows. I cause disabled ClearType I hate the appearance of fonts with him helped, and now Firefox looks like it is everywhere. The police are in bold. That's happened? Can I turn off somewhere in Firefox?

    Since Firefox 34.0.5 was installed yesterday the page in Firefox to manage the Plugin no longer works.

  • Police a little weird in firefox

    Recently, I restored my version of windows 7 and downloaded the latest version of firefox. All fonts in firefox is stained and not crisp not an all clear. I tried to uncheck the hardware acceleration tab in options, but it still does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • Use a type of compressed as PNG or JPG image to save the screenshot
    • Make sure you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

    You have ClearType turned on for all programs in the Windows settings?
    Win7: Control Panel > personalization > window color and appearance > fonts > 'adjust ClearType text.

    Try to create a new Boolean pref on the subject: config page via the context menu with the name layout.paint_rects_separately and set to true and leave hardware acceleration and Direct2D activated.

    • Layout.paint_rects_separately = true
    • GFX. Direct2D.disabled pref = true

    This way you still have the advantage of hardware acceleration, but can not suffer rendering problems.

    You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
    You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

    I play with my clear history button and it didn't work well and some how pushed a button something on a full page and now all my stuff Firefox is gone and I have to put my pointer near the top just to get to my "home" button and Favorites, but he of course leaves me to get to a problem that has not been requested even if I'm not a beginner I think of course that way sometimes as now!

    Whenever I open a new tab in firefox, other open tabs, fades and nothing is readable. The same thing happens with web pages too. It happened when I updated my firefox version 17.0, hoped that it be rectified with version 17.0.1 but nothing never happened.

  • Clean completely install firefox, no offers

    I messed up my Firefox and need a * clean * install. Reinstall using all combinations possible results in 'Firefox-choose user profile' box with nothing in and no way to "Create a profile" - a pop window for a fraction of a second and disappeared without letting me see what is in it.
    It drives me crazy. I do not for all my previous settings, history, bookmarks - I need a * charge * install.

    Hi Vlad, please open this way:

    %APPDATA%

    The Mozilla in OldMozilla folder, and then rename (I suggest to rename instead of delete so you can dig whatever it is essential you need later)

    Then change the "Roaming" in the address bar of Windows Explorer on 'Local' and rename the Mozilla folder it the same way.

    Then when you run the installer, Firefox does not detect your old settings and should put in place the new files.

  • Atrix and Firefox problem

    Hello everyone, I'm a newbe for these phones, and I think I can have messed up my Firefox.

    I downloaded the new Firefox 4 and deleted the one provided on the phone. I also downloaded Adobe flash 10.2.

    It seems that now I can't watch Utube videos. They tell me that I need the latest version of the flash player.

    I can watch videos on other sites if that makes a difference. I'm a bit lost here. What should I do to fix this?

I published the site and now it is messed up in Firefox. All of the text is the wrong size. Does anyone know how to fix this? It has something to do with my hosting provider? (I deleted a wordpress site in the directory a hourago and put this new site in its place) Why IE will display correctly, but not Firefox...

    Caused by a bad link to your site's CSS file.  It's pointing to a file on your hard disk local that no one but you can see.

    Open your template and reconcile the path to the folder of your site.  Probably, it should look like this:

    Save the model.  Fill out the changes made to the pages of the child.  Download the child pages.

    So I have to change the default to Google Maps then back to Google to search for one.

    I have it! It's the topic: config "hiddenoneoffs" where the 3 elements of google, maps and mcafee have been included. There was no space between Google and maps. I put one in from Google Maps. She appeared in the first box-ff, but not sure about the search in the second time zone. I went back to the subject: one-offs. Safe search was shown with a space after Secure. I took out the space. Safe search arose in the 2nd single search box!
    Weird! This is contrary to how they show in the search parameters.
    Can I have messed that when Firefox has been reset all the search engines on an update, but I do not.
    Either incidentally, I tried to re-installation characteristic but the file comes down as a .dmg that I'm not familiar with and don't apparently is 8.0 to win because he couldn't open it. Thank you once again.

    Hi xbennygx, unfortunately it is not possible that native applications for android use a totally different technical basis (based on java runtime) that firefox os (open web apps)...
