  This problem occurs when the Adobe ID goes out of sync compared to BC. Please, try the steps mentioned below:

  1. in Adobe Muse, go to the Help menu-> log out

  2. restart Muse and connect with the Adobe ID if you are prompted.

  3 republish. This should solve the problem

  If the problem persists please let me know.

• Do not use Bus catalyst - typekit exporting does not html

  I read the forums and the so-called solutions. I tried to download directly to can of site that I'm the ftp host. Nothing seems to work.

  If I export the HTML on my local drive and try to download again, it does the same thing. He used to work very well what has changed? I need to go live now! I have all the wrong fonts!

  When I exported to HTML, I used my domain URL name. That did not work. (My domain name is one that is licensed to adobe and I understand that we can host multiple websites with dialing under the license agreement).  So I tried my Client Domain I'm hosting. That no longer works. I tried to post and entered the ftp path that I installed on my hosted client manually.

  What happens here? Please explain how to get this done correctly. I am not using Business Catalyst so it does not apply.

  Well now, I guess I should post this as well. It took only 5 tries to do the same thing again and again. He finally works correctly.

  I used Business Catalyst to host my site while I was developing it, but I now host on another service.  I am not using Business Catalyst, so I'm confused by this message.  Can someone tell me what this means and what should I do about it?

  I tried to post my Muse Business Catalyst site. Usually, it's a smooth process, but today, it get stuck trying to connect to Business Catalyst. Reels and spools and then finally said 'Access using your AdobeID has expired. Check your network connection and try again. »

  My network seems fine. I rebooted Muse and restarted my computer. Registered in and out creative cloud and nothing seems to work. I logged into the creative cloud very well. When I go to the 'HELP' menu, it shows that I am connected.

  Have you contacted BC Adobe through their Web site (the site of Business Catalyst) or the live chat that is on this page: status.businesscatalyst.com

  I've just updated Adobe Muse at 2015.2.  After the upgrade, I can publish is more updates/changes to the site already launched with the catalyst for business without creating a whole new site and delete the previous one every time.  The dialog box gives the error "currently associated site is not available for this user."  The journal for my business catalyst, the credentials are correct, because when you go on the Site of the Business Catalyst manage it connects to the admin home page.  Is there a setting that has changed with the new version.  I use a Mac Book Pro with OS 10.11.5 retina

  Here's an update on this issue.

  Reason: Following an internal problem, association of account user of Muse and the corresponding user BC account breaks after Muse put 2015.2 to date. It is originally Muse to do not be able to enumerate the users existing sites BC to publish to the dialog Business Catalyst. The issue is addressed in Muse engineering team. Meanwhile, use the workflow as shown below.

  Solution/solution:

  1. Create a new site from Muse
  2. Publish it as a new trial to Business Catalyst site
  3. Close and reopen the Muse
  4. Open the affected site of Muse
  5. Publish on Business Catalyst now

  Try this and let me know if it works for you.

• Muse and Business Catalyst not synchronize and I don't know how to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  Is there a formatting issue that I don't see? It seems to me that once it downloads on BC, things are converted and will not be converted. It is vital that I can make changes to both the browser and the master file without interruption of the site as a whole and without having to redo work hours which is done via the browser in the editor.

  I spoke with business catalyst support and we have determined that the problem was not with the software but with the process. I just change each page through the site manager and not through the edit tab that was causing my whole question. I appreciate all your help!

  Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

• Web gallery for Lightroom will not download to a Muse Business Catalyst website

  I recently created a website using Muse and Business Catalyst to have as a multitude of web galleries, I will create in Lightroom.  Creating site seemed to work as well as the first addition of a web gallery.  Both exist, are accessed through a browser and work correctly.  Have now tried to add a second gallery intentionally without modification.  The site and the Gallery one are still there but when I download a new from Lightroom I get the error message "FTP transfer failed with the message"the resource does not exist".  He has obviously done but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  I spent hours on the phone to Adobe Lightroom Helpline, but they were unable to help and said I need to see Muse equivalents, but they don't have any phone support.  Help please!

  Lightroom calls all the indexes of Web pages and subfolders between... If you have a 2nd one without picking up a new subfolder, it would be just to replace the old pages

  

  Good luck with it... I know help Adobe seems unnecessary, but sometimes they come to the rescue.

  You can not do in Muse unless you use Business Catalyst or third party commercial plugin like TinyPass for example. Only Muse does not provide a way to do because it requires databases and scripting side server.

  Hi, I created a Web site in muse and published the catalyst for business, however I now what to do my live site to the correct url. I own the domain name, but this is my first time using muse and I do not know how to find my way dashboard about business catalyst or how to change the url. Whenever I watch video on how to do this, I can only find ones that show you how to publish the site on the catalyst, but nothing about how to go to the next step, which is to publish the site with the correct url.

  You're right, because you don't need to update the site every week. Once the site is live it would be very well received. In case you make changes to your file of Muse, you can simply publish the site.

  My website kevinmckell.co.uk was transferred to Business Catalyst and made live. If I make changes to pages of Muse and then publish, the changes are not made. How do I update my site, now that it is direct on Business Catalyst?

  Yes, I checked and that you can see that you added the domain to your site, but still, you need to add all the servers of names i, e ns1.worldsecuresystems.com, ns2.worldsecuresystems.com and ns3.worldsecuresystems.com.

  If you have added the name servers, then you don't need to add a record, as the two would even work and point the domain to server BC.

  Add the ns records and then check again.

• The FTP passwords not retained.  Business catalyst widget doesn't work does not correctly

  I use OS X 10.10.3, Dreamweaver 2014.1.1 Build 6982.

  I am unable to connect to my remote server through catalyst for the company.  He tells me that my credentials are incorrect and check the settings.

  I check my credentials for the ftp server, and it is does not store the password.  I have Re-enter the password link and the test.  No problems.

  I'm trying to connect to a remote site again to update the pages and the same problem occurs.  I will return to the site settings and the password for the ftp is still a Virgin.

  I followed the steps described in the known issue page and there is nothing to help.

  Add the widget to business catalyst is not able to connect on the site either.

  I would really like to find a solution to this as soon as possible because I need to update my site via Dreamweaver.

  Novel I am able to log on to the web portal for my site of catalyst for business without problems, this isn't a problem with my account.
