Printer cannot remove a document, and there is nothing to print

I have a printer wireless 5520. A few days ago, I sent three documents to the printer. For some reason, they would not print, so I cancelled them. The first document illustrates the "removal" as the status, but it did not change after days of trying, he recognizes the new documents sent to the printer in the print queue, but that a single document is still "delete". I reinstalled the printer driver, thinking maybe that was the problem, but I am at a loss to know what to do. I am ready to return to the printer in the retail store and buy another brand. I had the same problem with my old HP Photosmart J6240 printer and I recall it was a real trial make it print. If someone has had this problem and how did you solve it. There are a few things you can try if you encounter a problem with documents stuck in the queue.

(1) try to print HP and doctor Scan.  It is an automated tool provided by HP to help solve this type of problem.  The PSDR HP is able to erase, stuck in the queue and more.  The PSDR HP can be downloaded by clicking here.

(2) in addition, we can try to turn off the printer and manually restart the print spooler service.

Open the run the command on the PC

* Type "Net Stop Spooler" and press ENTER to stop the spooler service

* Open again the run command on the PC

* Type "Net Start Spooler" and press ENTER to restart the spooler service

* Once the spooler was restarted, and then try to restart the PC to see if the jobs disappeared.

    Free space - increase the hard disk space

    The following procedure cleans the files associated with your user account. You can also use Disk Cleanup to clean all the files on your computer.

    1. click the button start, in the search box, type disk cleanup, then click Disk Cleanup.
    2. in the drives list, click the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
    3. on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the types of files to delete.
    Note: To delete all Points except the most recent system restore - click on "Clean up System Files" and you will get another tab called more than Options. Now click More Options, and then click 'Clean up' under ' System Restore and shadow copies "and then confirm the deletion.
    4. click OK at the bottom of the window cleaning disc and in the message that appears, click on delete files.

    It should be an option to hightlight the different languages installed.  Please hightlight the language that you want to delete and deleting.
