  Hi all

  I have problems with the following problem resolution and would appreciate any help.

  A film, named Gallery_1, with pots via which external SWF are loaded into a container on the main timeline of the movie Gallery_1 mc, works perfectly now (thanks to the experts of gurus and sages :-).

  Via another function of button, that the Gallery_1.swf is loaded into a container of mc on the chronology of the main swf file, which works fine as well, but when you then click on the hot spots of the Gallery_1.swf we get following error message:

  The traces in the eventHandler function work very well.

• Problem using the View object for validation

  I defined a form of simple to practice swing. It has an entity object and two objects in view. One of these objects in view is an editable VO based on area of occurrence, and the other has a simple 'select count (*)' table. I defined a validation of the method on one of the EO attributes to see how to use the VO for validation. However, I set the Module of the Application to use both from my point of view. As much as I undrestood, when I define a VO for AM, AM will instantiate it the first time it starts to run. Here is the code inside the method for the FirstName attribute validation:

  The problem is that vo.executeQuery () does not return a any folder. In fact the vo.hasNext () returns false and I get the message "vo has had no news" on the console. Please be careful that the sql statement in the VO is always SELECT COUNT (*) and it returns a record. I found that if I use vo.closeRowSet () vo.executeQuery () before everything is working properly.
  Please tell me what is my problem and why it works that way?

  You can use a different VO to remove details. You do not have to use construction merged vo. VO master detail normal and once you know which main line is selected, you use the key from him, pass it to the normal master detail and and delete the childs thisway. Then you refresh the merged VO and you're done.

  But after that when I remove this ViewCriteria using removeApplyViewCriteriaName () /removeViewCriteria (), the number of lines of this same viewObject is 'null '.

  Rather than use getRowCount(), which is not good if you get several rows in the back, use getEstimatedRowCount(), which requires the DB how many rows are returned.

  Then, you can start your apuplication with - Djbo.debugoutput = console so that you see what request is sent to the db. Or you use this class VO Dump request and it & #8217; s parameter with their values. JDev & amp; ADF Goodies to get only the query and parameters of the journal.

  Make a right click on the application module (yourAM in the model project) and press Run, then you can check if your ViewObject works or not.

  You use the object of the view for the search criteria and search results fields.

  I suggest you to remove references of VO fields of search criteria, item1 and item2.

  And in the event of the button 'Go' in the processFormRequest, get the criteria for field values entered by the user as below and run the object (ViewVO1) of the view by using these values.

  1. I created a view through SQL Query view object object (Table Employees - EmployeesVO).
  2. Creates an entity of the Employees (EmployeesEO) table object.
  3. In the section EmployeesVO (View object) entity objects, I chose EmployeesEO (entity object).

  What will happen to the View SQL Query object based on (EmployeesVO) will it change to VO based on entities or still to be based query VO.

  It is there because you can still base your query based Vo EO according to Vo.

  After that you base your VO on EO you can now use 'Add the attribute of the entity' to base your attribute on the atrributes of EO. Or if you skilled enough you can manually change the XML to VO

  You can try it with the HR schema and dept/emp tables to see if it works for you?
