Problem listening to events in other pages

OK, so I have a drop down menu, which includes a switch to toggle, and on my page that the drop down menu will appear, I want to add or remove an image based on the toggle switch. I tried to do with listening to changes to a SharedObject... with no luck... Is it possible to do this? I can answer questions... I'm stumped just right now

Looks like your best option is to implement a singleton class that can handle shared events. Here's a rough overview of a singleton class until written as jtegen months ago:

Problem with book value of other pages and calculation

Hi guys - I'm a calcuation that I'm doing with five fields. Three fields are other pages in my PDF (there are 10 pages total). When the first value gets deferred to my calculations, this number should appear in my field "Total" but it's not. I think it's b/c the two other fields that get carried over from other locations in my PDF, if they have not been entered in the form, are virtually NIL. That's why the calcuation works not (just watch zero in my field "Total"). However, if the values are placed in these 2 other fields in my PDF, the calculation and the subsequent 'Total' works. Don't know how to fix this? Thank you!

Page 10, I first play the following calcuation these fields:

'Total endowment care Fund corpus, reserves and unexpended revenue' + 'balance, the cost of basic' = 'Trust Fund Total special corpus.

Then I take this total and subtract a value as follows:

'The Trust Fund total corpus' - 'Total investments cost basis' = 'difference'.

When only a value for 'Total endowment care Fund corpus, reserves and unexpended revenue"exists, the calcuation does not work... once a value for"balance, the base cost comes into play, then everything works well... "

There are two main reasons for the mistakes of certificate:
1. Your computer's time is not set correctly. Check your time year/month/day/hour/minute/timezone/light of day. Right-click on the clock in your taskbar and select "set Date/time" and make sure you are ready approximately 5 minutes of real time (don't forget time zone and DST).

Spry menu bar problem: changes on the page by default not inherited on other pages

Hi people,
I have no experience in web design, but my job requires me to do sometimes. I'm an engineer it specialist tech\Network and been using common sense to change our main Web site with dreamweaver. So far all I've done very well worked until the editing of the menu bar on the home page. Research and tutorials Watch did not help so I hope someone here can. Thanks in advance.
So I did was change a few things on the menu by removing some sub menus and the addition of a link. Everything was made from the default.aspx file, which is the home page. Everythign works fine but when I go to another page it seems that my changes were never made. All other pages have the menu spry code incorporated in gray and cannot be changed. After having taken a good look I realized that it was the old code showing. My question is how can I ask my changes to all pages at once?

I assume that you have created .dwt (DreamWeaver template) files and make changes to other pages based on the page template. That's why DW doesn't allow you to edit non editable areas.

In this cage, open the page where the code is not editable, change > model > detach the model

This will make the autonomous and fully editable page.

Problem with text box on the Page Master application to other pages.

I've done this before with success, but maybe I'm missing something and don't have the time to waste on this one there...
I applied a text box to the master page. I applied the master page to all the other pages, but on each page, the text box will appear like this:
I can not type in the text box or select or something. I have a go back to the Page Master and the text box is a-okay.
What I'm missing or doing wrong this time?

1. place the text boxes where you want on your Master.

2. go in the 'Pages' Panel and highlight all the pages.

3. in the "Pages" options of the sliding panel, choose "replace all Master Page items.

Now, all your pages have a floating text box!

Visible bullets in other "pages" app after match "drag-and - drop. Help please!

After you change the code from a tutoial, I've got the game part of drag n drop of my project educational app works beautifully.
The misfortune is that, if I hit the home button, which is common to all 'pages' in my app away game, the bullets that were abandoned in the correct position remain visible on the stage in all other pages.
I guess this is because the AS code removes the listener of events so once slipped to the correct position in the game, they snap there and can not be moved.
Am I wrong?
How can I solve the problem of the balls ignored being visible on other "pages".

Problem with script on the master page

So I have my build script of the unique number bit that I have posted here before... it's on the Initialize event of the field.

Which works very well if on the body of the form, but if I put it on the master page it re - initializes (and changes the number) whenever a subform gets shown/hidden. No idea how to stop it from doing this? I tried it on a few other events without a bit of luck.
I came across another problem with this script, a field called 'Date' was interfering with the script - throw an error "the Date is not a constructor. Is - this normal (function/field collision)?

I had problems with script within the Master pages before. What I've done in the past, it is a textfield hidden in the main pages of script with overall binding (which featured many here today); then same name textfield in the master page picks it up.

How "add" a key combo of 3 page controls in other pages?

Hello. My PeopleSoft component has 5 pages. His is similar to below:

Total of AddJournal error header lines

"AddJournal" is the first page that has 3 fields: OperatingUnit, ID, Date. The 3 areas is also a key from the drop-down list that appears in the next 4 pages 'Header', 'Lines', 'Total' and 'Mistake' to maintain the consistency of data and to identify the transaction.

I'm working on a button 'Add' in the 'AddJournal' page The button should do 2 things:

First, then click the 'Add' button, it inserts the values of the 3 fields in its underlying table of 'AddJournal' in the database.

Second, after you click the button, the value of 3 fields appear also on the next 4 pages 'Header', 'Lines', 'Total' and 'error '. Underlying database tables all others 4 pages contains 3 fields.

I don't understand how to achieve the first function using properties of push button 'Scroll Action' and 'insert a line. But do not understand how to achieve the second function.

Includes any folk how to do the second function?

Do I need to see the tables of database for the next 4 pages achieve the second function?

FieldChange event:
The FieldChange event occurs when you change this business there. Thus, assuming the PeopleCode works correctly, it copies the values of these three fields at a time just after you change the OperatingUnit. So, take this example:

Normally, the keys are filled in automatically for you. Header and noise of line as a parent-child relationship. So if your page is designed properly, the key should be carried forward automatically for you. If the tables are all brother tables, you will need the PeopleCode. Why my MacBook Air only recognizes all other pages when I try to print pages?

I have a MacBook Air. Recently, when I typed a letter page 6 pages and tried to print from files, print, it only showed that I had 3 pages, while in the Pages document, I got 6 pages. The computer would print only 3 pages on 6. I did have this problem in the past, most recently. I don't know what I can do about it. He seems not to recognize that all of the other pages. This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

Problem with the event

AEv.vi is a LV2G used for the reading/Generate/Init/destroy the event. Test2.VI is a main vi (we must run this vi)

The AEv.vi Init action must be done in the other vi (other than the Test2.vi:- but for the objective test I've initialized in Test2.vi only).

Test2.VI is used for genetate event.

I could have called statically AEv.vi inside the Test2.vi to generate an event... but the path that comes is decided when running... (I have many live similar to AEv.vi...) .. who decided at run time...)

The problem:

When I run Test2.vi, it gives me the error code 1 (try running test2.VI... it gives the dialogue on the occurrence of the error)...

I modified your screws to do what I think you want. The way you did the user events will not work. I added a line to send orders to Ev.vi

Recent internet connection problems

Recently, my internet has been acting weird. He has never acted like this before, until 2 people moved my basement and began to share Internet (maybe a coincidence, but not sure). Sometimes when I leave my computer on and stay away from the keyboard and go back some time after and open my internet browser, only my home page would be in charge. Missing icons on Hotmail and other pages.

I have lack of icons on my Hotmail and other pages I open. For example, I don't have the little paperclip on Hotmail which shows I got attachments.
