Problem with running/debugging applications java jvm 64-bit ander with JDeveloper

I develop an application that works with very large volumes of data and I need to allocate more than 4 GB for heap space. I have windows XP x 64 and 64-bit, bat JDeveloper jvm does not work with the 64-bit jvm. How can I launch my java on 64-bit with JDeveloper jvm?

If you want to use a 64-bit jdk, it's simple

1 make sure you have a jdk installed 64-bit
2. download installation generic jdev 11.1.1.4. 11.1.1.4 is the first version to support a 64-bit on windows jdk
3. install jdev, ensuring that you are using the 64-bit jdk

    JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0

I have some problems with my 11.1.2.3.0 Jdeveloper. Recently, I noticed that my Jdeveloper is not working properly. When I create pages, save and rebuild the view-controller, so I ran the application or refresh it in Internet explore, it does not reflect the changes I've done enough, it always shows the previous state of the application.

    What is responsible for this?

Two possible problems. First of all is that your web - inf folder may contain temporary files in the temp folder classes, that you can remove. Then your browser is used memory cache instead from the server.

To test the second case try the url of another browser and see is that you can see your changes.

  • Problem with Jdeveloper 11g R1

    Hi all

I use Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6.0 version installed in Windows 7.

The problem, I do face is - any changes in my application is non-reflecting. I am able to generate EAR successfully and able to deploy on the server weblogic successfully. But when I run the application its projection towards the top of the earlier application and my recent changes do not appear.

I did it after to fix it. But no luck.

    (1) closed the jdeveloper.
    (2) uninstalled jdeveloper.
    (3) delete the folder "c:\oracle\Middleware". While it is created again.
    (4) deleted the folder "< myuserprofile > \appdata\roaming\jdeveloper. While it is created again.
    (5) installed Jdeveloper
    6) increased memory c:\oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper \jdev\bin\jdev.conf - XX: MaxPermSize = 256 M - XX: MaxPermSize = 512 M
    (7) memory an increase of c:\oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper\ide\bin\ide.conf-Xmx640M to-Xmx925M
    (8) given in the system market.
    (9) open Jdeveloper.
    (10) added to the Jdeveloper application
    (11) built on demand and deployed on the server.
    (12) tested the app

But its still showing the old application.

Somewhere the data get collected in the previous application.

Can someone quickly to help me and me to solve the problem, please :(

    Thank you
    Sneha

You forgot a step that could make the difference:
Delete the files of all the projects involved in your application classes (from the operating system).

A simple construction or reconstruction is not enough to kill the internal memory and the old classes. Often older class files are in the folder classes and you get weird results. It is not necessary to remove the entire jdev. Cancellation of the deployment of the application, to remove records of classes and reconstruction should be sufficient.

  • Cannot run the application: Java Virtual Machine cannot be loaded. Class not registered

I want to launch the TI Flash Studio program on my computer windows 7, but the above error when I try to open the program, when I download the suggested 'Virtual Machine' I get another error message that says that the 'Virtual Machine' is not compatible with windows 7, how can I solve this problem?

    Hello hallaman3,

I did not find TI Studio listed in the Windows 7 Compatibility Center. I suggest that you contact TI to see if they have an updated version.
I found a new version of TI connect to be compatible with Windows 7. Not sure if you need it for TI Studio.

You can also try compatibility mode.

If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

    Use the following steps:

    (1) right click on the program

    2) click Properties

    3) click on the Compatibility tab

    (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

Check out the link here: make sure to run older programs in this version of Windows

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

If compatibility is not successful, then try and run the program compatibility problems:

    1. open the troubleshooting program compatibility Troubleshooter by clicking the Start button.

Then click on Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooting, and then click Troubleshooting. Under programs, click on run programs for previous versions of Windows.

    2. follow the instructions in the troubleshooting.

If you are unable to install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the Troubleshoot utility, navigate to the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. This utility is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.

    I hope this helps.

  • Connection problems with O2/UK

    Hi all

II having connection problems when running my application on the network O2/UK. It is specific to the said operator then please don't direct me to General articles on connection settings (I have a simple library for dealing with this).

I first tried WAP2, which I think I read was the best option, and it failed with the following text: "java.io.IOException: APN is not specified." Connection parameters used were: «;» ConnectionUID = WAP2 + trans"(extract from the records of service). This indicates to me that the settings in the service record are not OK...

Then I tried wap1 with the following settings found on the web (pinstack.com):

    Gateway IP: 192.113.200.195
    Port: 9201
    APN: wap.o2.co.uk
    username: o2wap
    password: password

with this, I have net.rim.device.cldc.io.waphttp.WAPIOException. The parameters can of course be wrong (that's the point of not having them in the camera, as do all other manufacturers, BTW...). Y at - there someone here who has done other app works with o2 UK without resorting to the BIS? Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Laszlo

    1. If you try WAP 2.0 TCP, then instead of '+' it probably should be a space in the ConnectionUID. It should read "ConnectionUID = WAP2 trans. You probably get a sign '+' because you think you need exhaust URL parameters, which is not the specific case for RIM connection settings.

    2. If you try Direct TCP (aka carrier TCP today), then take a look here: http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html I got a card SIM O2 (contract) and the "Mobile Web" APN settings worked very well.

  • Running Java off Jdeveloper - problem with dependent libraries program

Hello, I use Jdeveloper 11.1.1.7 and built a java application that imports XML files into Oracle and then exports an XML file to others pick up.  I use jaxb, java persistence, and javax.mail etc...

When I run the Jdeveloper application, it works well and now I'm trying to place the application in my u:\temp directory to test, run the command line.  Later, I will propose it to linux to run.

In Jdeveloper, I followed the instructions on adding all the pots of load in the application using file groups ( http://tompeez.wordpress.com/2011/06/01/creating-a-jar-file-in-jdeveloper/ )

You may create a very large jar with all dependent jar called xmlseprocessing.jar files and then I run as such in the back

    set the classpath =. ; javax.mail_1.4.jar; xmlseprocessing.jar

    SUP:

    CD u:\temp

    C:\Oracle11117\Middleware\jdk160_24\bin\javac commandLineStartup.java

    C:\Oracle11117\Middleware\jdk160_24\bin\java commandLineStartup

    I get this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/MessagingException

I look on the internet and finally decides to catch the javax.mail_1.4.jar put in my u:\temp directory and update the classpath and run it, , but then I get this error.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/persistence/persistence

My hypothesis is that I have to enter each jar, add to my local directory and create a very long way as oracle at the start of the jdeveloper application (see below)

QUESTION: given that I added all the libraries needed to the xmlseprocessing.jar - why this phenomenon happens?  Any solution?  I'm doing something wrong?

Points awarded!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's what I see in the log window when I run the application in Jdeveloper.

Please understand that I'm on a tight schedule and have spent two weeks in writing an app that I can't run outside of jdeveloper.  I have only some experience with java - I have worked intensively with Jdeveloper, but were only deploy to Weblogic, so a lot of this is foreign to me.

Well, there isn't an easy way to tell but it looks like you don't take into account your level of experience when you set (or wanted to) as "tight." Schedules should be based on: 1) the amount and type of work that must be done, 2) resources (including contacts) that are available and 3) the relevance of these resources (including skill level) to work.

Until that point, I was impressed by Java.  Now, I'm about to throw my computer out the window.

Hmmm - nothing of what you posted indicates that the problem is due to the computer or Java.

    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

This exception is thrown when a class is referenced by the code, or another class, and the required class can NOT be found on the way to class, or in pots on the classpath.

A teacher gives a workbook at home you and asking you to problem #17. You go home and start working on the problem #17. And then you discover this problem references diagram # 17 #17 b in the "lab examples document". Hmmm - you do not have such a document. You now have a "NohandoutFoundError". You cannot complete the assignment until you find the examples document and 'add to your classpath.

Your problem is just as simple as this example. Java must be able to find EVERY SINGLE CLASS that is referenced in the code you are running. These classes must be on the way to class, or in a jar file that is located on the classpath.

It's as simple as this - this exception indicates that you are referring to a class that cannot be found. Your mission, if you decide to accept it, is to find out WHY this class can not be found. The class is NOT on the classpath or does NOT match any of the jars, which is on the classpath.

The solution is also simple - add the class or jar in the classpath.

The hard part for you is to know how to determine ALL the classes that might miss instead of finding out about them both.

This task is complicated by your apparent use of a MASSIF of jars of third parties who are part of WebLogic or Eclipse.

Why your use of Weblogic and Eclipse jars if application is a standalone application? WebLogic's application server. And you said that you use JDeveloper so why the eclipse jar file?

    C:\temp\wljmsclient.jar; C:\temp\com. Oracle.toplink_1.0.0.0_11 - 1-1-5 - 0.jar; C:\temp\org. Eclipse.persistence_1.1.0.0_2 - 1.jar; C:\temp\com.BEA.core.ANTLR.runtime_2.7.7.jar; C:\temp\javax.p

The part above has a "toplink" pot, a pot of 'eclipse' and a jar of "bea". This seems to be a rather odd mixture of jar for a stand-alone application files.

I gave you the simple answer above - add missing classes or jars to the CLASSPATH.

If you need help more than that, then you need publish information on WHAT architecture is still using your application (appserver, EJB, etc.) and what 3rd party classes you THINK you are trying to use.

  • Since the recent upgrade, I don't see any of my projects in Shutterfly. Their customer support says that it may be the problem with the application Java and Adobe Flash Player

See above - there known problems with these applications?

Your player (if any) Java is not indicated clearly in your list of plugins, and your FlashDrive is several versions behind. If Apple has a site update, you can check that first. Mozilla site is here: http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/

  • Problems with DAQmx - tasks missing when I run my application on another PC

    Hello

I use a NI USB 6009 and my program use DAQmx and different tasks for the input and output signal.

I created an application and I want to run this application on another PC, which doesn't have the development environment, but the runtime engine and installed MAX. This PC is connected to the NI USB 6009.

Now, I have the problem that the tasks are missing on this PC and I get errors when I run the application.

I wonder why these tasks are not put into the application automatically? What should I do now? Can I somehow export tasks in MAX and copy them to the other PC? Is not complicate it?

    Hi Johannes,

Have you created your tasks of measurement and Automation Explorer?

If this is the case, you must export the file of configuration of measurement and Automation Explorer and then import it on the other computer.

With LabVIEW 2010, you can import a configuration via your Installer file, but I don't know if you can do it with LabVIEW 7.1

    Kind regards

  • Problem with the Installation of JAVA in my new Dell running Windows 7

Problem with the Installation of JAVA in my new Dell running Windows 7 - error message when you try to intall Java using Chrome.

"lib'charsets.jar: old file not found."  However, a file of the same name was found.  No updates since the contents of the file do not match. »

Then "Java update fails to apply the changes to your system."

Then "error 1722.  There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.  A fun program as part of the Setup did not finish as expected.

Earlier, I had a problem with the video and had Windows reinstalled 7.  Now my AOL games don't show/reading.  JAVA said error 1722 is an InstallShield error code. It indicates that the installation process has failed. The exact reason for this error is not known at this time.  I was told to uninstall JRE (Java Runtime Environment).  I find two versions of Java on my system (no JRE) - Java (TM) 6 - update 14 and 14 (64-bit).  Should I uninstall both?... OR WHAT?

    Hi Betty48228,

Here's how to solve your problem:
    (1) uninstall all versions of Java.
    (2) the uninstall will probably fail. If so, get Revo Uninstaller free http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.htmland uninstall Java in advanced mode (integrated Java uninstaller runs, failure and then Revo will delete everthing manually). You will need to restart your PC.
    (3) reinstall Java: http://java.com/en/download/
