• Photoshop CC 2015 will not display the RAW files

  I installed Photoshop on my new computer and it will not display the RAW file when I go to change. Instead, it shows a rectangle cream colored with a dark blue background. If I click Open a picture, it will open it for further editing and I can see the image once again, but it will not display in the initial screen. • Windows Homer Server Media Center not showing the new files I downloaded

  So I installed WHS2011 and thought that the library would easily work. It seems that the new files I put on the server are not get updated when I try and view them through the Media Center. Also when I serach for libraries on another device, it shows me two homeservers, one who say no files present and the other who has files (but does not update the index!). What is going on? (the file types are the same as the other files that are appearing fine)

  It is a basic installation, the only change I made is to move the directory to a new hard drive and update the WHS settings to point to the serverfolder updated on the new hard drive.

  I checked the settings on the media section of sharing control panel and it's on, I also checked on the dashboard and the media of Stentor is enabled.

• Sierra: Finder does not display the modified files

  I just upgraded all my Macs and minis to Sierra 10.12 and have run on something that looks like buggy.

  My usual use of a Mini special is transcoding many video files, and I have a collection of (painfully tedious) shell scripts that manipulate file names, do the transcoding and moves the files to one directory to another to make this work. In * most * folders that I see in the Finder when a file is moved to the directory it shows in the Finder correspondent discovered, but in * some * of them, the Finder does not update when a new file is moved to the underlying directory, is renamed or deleted entirely.  For example, I see there are 28 video files to be converted into a directory named FLOOR TRANSCODE using ls - ls in the terminal, but only 6 looking at the same folder in the Finder.

  These scripts have been working for several years on this material under El Capitan and Yosemite.

  Records I've noticed so far are all in the root of the drive HD server, not under no/Users. Finder appears to display all files when displaying the files moved to USB external drives for storage after transcoding. Another element that might be relevant, is that my normal view of the mac is via RDP (Remote Desktop "headless", no physical monitor in use).

  Have you noticed something similar?

  Everything worked quite well in Firefox and then all of a sudden it stopped simply to display .swf files. Where they should be is simply empty. On Web sites with a background, I can see the background through where the .swf file should be. This includes the locally saved files as well as all Web sites with a .swf file that is supposed to play.

It is clear that the program is to recognize that something is supposed to be there, like Adblock appears a little tab 'Block' on where the file should be, but again, this space is completely empty.   I asked this question in a non-support ticket so I want to give more details here. I tried to uninstall Adobe reader and reinstall and it did not help. It worked before with all the exact same addins I had before. I called the Bank and asked if they had any problems and they say no. I can go to the Firefox PDF display for this file and click Download the PDF file, then double-click it in Windows Explorer and Adobe reader appears and displays the file very well. Don't mind what to do at the moment. What happens is the Bank to load the file then Adobe reader opens with a white screen and a small circle going round and round, like a video trying to play, and it is just there for always. I never see the content of the file. In any case I hope that your have a good of a day as I am and I know that it improves. Thanks Firefox programmers for such a wonderful program.

  Update: while I was writing this I thought to go in Firefox options, then Applications, and wouldn't you know, a PDF document has been set to "Preview in Firefox. I changed that to Adobe reader and now it works fine. Suppose that there is something wrong with the code in Firefox. So I'm happy now. Hope this helps someone.

• Form does not display the 'new' SQL database records

  I have a PDF form that retrieves data from a SQL Server.  The fields of
  the PDF are filled from the database after you have selected a specific
  record in a menu drop down and clicking a button called 'bridge '.
  The problem is that the drop-down list does not display new records that
  have been recently added to the database.  I have to open the form
  in the designer, and then save it, (* note - I change anything at this point.)
  Then, when the form is opened upward in Adobe drop-down list show all
  the documents, including the new ones.  I even put a manual on refresh
  form to try to solve the computer problem has not helped. Seriously left speechless.

  Flash files is not displayed in Dreamweaver or in any browser. If I insert a button in Flash, text or other files, when I hit the button "play" instead of flash holder disappears and the Flash file never shows.   I use Lightroom for batch PSD to JPEG. Bad, I edited this file before and exported from Lightroom. Once I noticed, I opened these files in Photoshop, make a new pure white background and hidden each layer. Burning changes that I made previously were not visible anywhere in the files, even after that I imported into Lightroom. Thumbnails all looked correct. After that I exported them, the files have the old changes on them. I don't understand why this is happening or what I'm doing wrong. Please see picture below before and after Lightroom export.

  I have several sites in DW CS5.

  All of a sudden, the pages of sites do not display the associated files in the toolbar where they should be. The other site is showing them without problem.

  I checked all the settings and tried "Refresh related files." Nothing does then appear. On one or two pages, the associated .js show files, but not the .css files. In this case, by using the 'Show all files' in the section file related Options does nothing.

  OK... Thank you. So I took out the "/" before the path to the files related to make them relative and Yes, all of a sudden the associated files appeared in DW.

  However, I went and looked at the pages of my other site in DW with the associated files with absolute paths which have no problem appear. The directory of the page structure and its related files is the same. So, with one site, DW can find files associated with absolute and paths in the other site DW needs the relative path, but the absolute path worked a week or two ago.

  FOUND THE PROBLEM: In the server for the site information, the site that works very well has the full FTP path information entered. FTP full path information has been omitted in the other site that didn't work. As soon as I filled it, it worked fine.
