Problems saving files in photoshop

I am trying to save a file that I created on my Photoshop CS5 which had previously deleted itself. When I try it re-register on the original file it says 'Could not save as "Untitled - 1.psd" because write access has not been granted.'... No idea why my computer guard saying this and will not let me save the file?

You don't have write access to a reason any.

Photoshop is simply passing along the error that he got the OS, and the BONES think that you don't have write permission.
