  It would be possible that the file is marked as a system folder (which is just a check box in properties such as the hidden check box). So in your folder options, uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files" and see if it will be visible.

  Or another thing to try: remonter back a level, hold down SHIFT while you right-click the complete file and choose "Open command window here", then type DIR to see if the file is listed.

  I see that you have some problems with the display tab in windows Explorer. I'll help you with this problem.

  1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  2. what security software is installed on the computer?

  3. have you made changes on the computer recently?

  Method 1.

  Start the computer in safe mode and check if that helps.

  I have an old mac (it's right there for the transfer, the files have been developed on a PC), so it does not recognize the iPad except to download files. I can't transfer all files ON the iPad. So, I tried dropbox, but I can't get the iPad to open the .ipa file. Any other ideas on how to get the file .ipa on the ipad? Email does not work either.

  Another source of concern, my folio files were more than 100 MB and the .ipa and .apk files were up to 8 or 9 Mb. I wonder if the problem is the files themselves? The thing only glitchy I'm running into is b/c I am in a University can't generate my certificates only for myself, I have to work in my office of technology to get them.

  Any other ideas?
