• BlackBerry 8700 g smartphone keyboard strange problem: typed letters do not appear on the screen

  I support two users of 8700g.  Too, I am a user of 8700g and have not experienced this problem: randomly and intermittently, the report to the users when they type messages on the keyboard, strange combinations of letters appear instead.  There is no apparent trend to which the keys are depressed, what order they are in a hurry, or what appears on the screen. This, too, is random.  This aggravating problem appears and disappears at will, if the battery is removed or not.  Two units, one is new from January 2008, while the other has had some exposure to water and has been deleted twice, once for the same weird keyboard problem.  The selected language is English and the automatic text is disabled on both units. The other units are working according to specification.  We are on a BES using MS Exchange. I read on other boards sometimes there are identifiable patterns in what is indexed and what appears, but I was not able to establish such motives with these users.  Can anyone offer a diagnosis and a permanent solution?  Thank you.

  Thanks, bifocals, for your reply!  Memory is a problem, but especially a recognizable model has emerged so that I can identify and solve the problem: when the user has typed 'a', they got 'on' and when they typed 'no', they got "pt no pot"-which I have learned are caused by the input accidentally language be changed to Català.  I learned through this and other instances of BB, the input language can be easily changed when the keys ALT and CAP are pressed at the same time, the old way of locking of the keyboard on the BB 7250.

TYPE PROBLEM in WINDOWS 8... also my cursor jumps all over the screen... it is impossible to type a complete sentence without problem.  My laptop is NEW... and came w/WINDOWS load 8.  It is an ACER ASPIRE.  I install a wireless mouse... also new... logitech 185.   PLEASE HELP/THNX... ABSALUUT

  When you use a pointing device, you must disable the Touchpad on the laptop.

  If the touchpad is not disabled, when you type, just the vibration of typing can cause the pointer to the touchpad.

  Switch to Design view by clicking the arrow next to the direct button to add text in a container that does not.

  Once you have some content in the container, you can then double-click in Live View mode for editing.

• Impossible to use Ebay on Firefox

  I was able to use ebay last night with no problems. But today it does not work.

  When I try to go to http://www.ebay.com I get the page of "the connection was reset" and I get this in the URL bar: "https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn & UsingSSL = 1 & siteid = 0 & co_partnerId = 2 & pageType = 2050601 & ru = http %3 C % 2F % www.ebay.com%2F 2F".

  When I click 'Try Again' it either reloads the page of connection reset or I get "waiting for signin.ebay.com" lower left for awhile and then it takes me to the page on ebay account login.

  If I click on the link to ebay.com on the page I go back to the page of connection reset, if I try to connect I go to the login page of reset and it goes in the URL bar: "https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?co_partnerId=2 & siteid = 0 & UsingSSL = 1".

  I can't go to ebay.com , using Chrome, but if I go to the login page I get "this page is not available.

  What gives?

  Yes I searched the internet for a while now and it seems that the problem is probably eBay not with any web browser.

• Problem with accents (ALT + numbers)

  I never had a problem typing Spanish accents (ALT + numbers) until last week. Now I get kicked off the emails that I type (Yahoo and Outlook) when I use ALT + 0237 (accentuated letter I), ALT + 0241 (tilde on the letter n) and ALT + 0243 (o accented letter). I can't get the accents at all when you use Microsoft Office Word 2007. That's happened? I use Vista Home Premium (64). Windows Defender didn't report any problems. I use everyday Spanish and need my accents of return. Help!

  This happens if your Num Lock is turned off.  Make sure that NUMLOCK is first.

• Typing disconnections of abandonment and a wi - fi connection!

  For the last few weeks, I had problems typing on my PC wihilst. Middle-entry, the computer will "ping" and she stops to add any keyboard input, sounding a beep for error whenever I press a key. This means that I then have to mouse click after the last letter on the screen to replace the slider before I can continue typing. What makes this same annoying dead, is that this time to time also results in my wifi beiong disconnected. I used a Trust Wireless keyboard and mouse and thought that it mioght be reduced interference with my TP-Link wireless adapter, so I changed the keyboard and the mouse back to the wired versions, but it happened AGAIN. Anyone has any suggestions please?

• Satellite Pro A120 - don't light - please help!

  OK, bought a new power supply, about a week ago (this could be the problem!) -on eBay and it was cheap. Laptop worked fine for a week or so, but now I get nothing from it. After activating the button walk / stop, the laptop does nothing - no fan, just a little click and a faint sound of snoring. The screen remains black. The front lights show green static when it is turned on. When I turn on with just battery, it shows orange. There is a serious typing lag (slow, repeating the same letter, creating spaces when not typing, not typing the answer to everything, etc.) in all applications MO 2010 (Word, Outlook, Excel). I gradually worked my way through all the options (re - install Windows 7-64, reinstall Office), only to find on a Toshiba support forum we that the problem is due to the satellite itself.

  Dozens of similar complaints of recent satellite byers were included, with exactly the same problem typing. A Toshiba engineer named Jim requested series and numbers this week and promised to Toshiba would (finally) look into this problem and provide a solution.
