• Spotlight search in compressed .zip files

  I was told that Mac, including users with the Mavericks can search files in compressed .zip files. I had an experience of zip files using the 'Compress' command of the Mac, then threw the original uncompressed files and emptied the Recycle Bin. Spotlight can't find the files in the compressed files that remain.

  Why would someone put bits of applications or modules, etc. in such a directory?

  I'm not too crazy about restoring 11FR in this folder.  It's just crazy!

  Side note: I do not touch anything in the \Program files. National Instruments\TestStand\AdapterSupport\LabVIEW

  What version of LabVIEW and TestStand do you use?

  In 2012, TestStand, this directory is mapped to:

  Have you tried mass compiling the screws in this folder?

  I had to create a new 'TestStand - default values XX.llb"file, where XX is the last version of LabVIEW you use, but I have not seen this message before.

• Problems with the published html file

  Hi, I am a beginner using Adobe animate. I managed to do design an interactive infographic to incorporate into a Web site. But I have a problem with the published html file. The html file is generated, but when I click it, only a blank page opens on my internet browser. As far as I understand it, computer graphics itself should open in the browser. • Strange problem with export to jpg files

  I'm having a strange problem with exporting my vector files to jpg.  When I export the file as a .jpg file, then open it some text or shapes (such as rectangles or squares) have disappeared.  When I go back and open the file .ai the stuff is there, but he just went on the jpg.  If I open the .ai file in Photoshop it's gone too.  I have to save the file in pdf format, then open the PDF in Photoshop and export in a file .jpg away.  It's very strange.  If I go into the Illustrator file and re - type the text disapers, it usually fixes the problem.  I'm not an expert with Illustrator, then I can do something wrong, if anyone can help please let me know, thanks! (I have CS3)

  Things that are disppearing are defined for a recovery? Look in Control Panel attributes with objects selected and see if all the overprints are defined.

• problem by opening the Zip file

  I have 8.0 Zip when I create a zip file and open the zip file all show but open in notped.

  The possible Zip files were dissasociated and rather associated with Notepad.  Go to start / Default programs / high a file or program with a Protocol / and go to .zip files.  It shows probably associated with Notepad.  Go to the following link: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and select the zip file option file and run it to reset the association of zip files.

  If this does not work, install 7-Zip http://www.7-zip.org/ one good program free Zip.  This should establish associate files with 7-Zip Zip (OK this action if requested).  Then, use 7 - Zip to open the Zip file.

  Hi interceptor110, sorry, I thought you had an application that allows you to work with zip files.

  More recent versions of Windows has this ability. You can try to run a Restore Point Windows date back to the time before this error appeared, or you can try to restore windows files that have been corrupted or deleted.

  I would suggest trying a Windows Restore Point.

  To test this, go to the start ORB, all programs, accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

  A small window should open and show some restore points (in days) that you can highlight and continue and the system should reboot and reinstall the important system files that may be missing or damaged.

  When it is finished, you should see a message that windows has been restored to the date you have selected or that windows was not able to restore your system.

  The other option is a little more complicated, if the Windows Restore Point does not work, you can try the opther option.

  Well, I found the problem and a solution.

  The thing is: my project was not limited by the size, this is the number of files (200).
  I realized that BB has released an SDK 2.0 (I used 1.5) and I tryied to compile with the 2.0 and everthing works fine!
  The problem is how bbwp.exe communicate with rapc.exe, maybe he tryies to send files by command line and it has a limit. With the new sdk, it uses a file temp with all orders. This is why it works.

  The maximum size of 7MB, I can't say anything, because my apps are about 3-4 MB. But good to know, if I can put in my documentation.

  I followed the instructions on how to open the zipped files. Nothing works. I open file Explorer, but there is no menu, taking me to the compressed tools command and so I can't click extract all.   To do this, and ignore all the other answers:

  Go to your control panel. Click programs (not uninstall a program, but the real link of programs). Under "default programs", you will see a link that says: "do a type of file always open in a specific program.

  Form there, find the extension .zip file and click on it to highlight it, and then click File Explorer (I think that's it, now that I have fixed my I can't find .zip in the list more but you will know which program to choose when you see by the folder icon).

  After that, you're golden!

  You want a link to a file .zip for people to download?

  Then:
  1, move or copy the .zip file to the folder of Site Local to this site.
  2, make a link to the .zip file.
  3, download the page with the link AND download the .zip file using the files
  Panel and put it to the remote server.
