  • 10 IOS leading to the Bluetooth problem

Before download IOS 10, I've never known a Bluetooth problem when using my Ford truck.

Now, when I get a call, the caller does not hear me and I can't hear the caller. If I have my phone in hand and I change the Bluetooth audio to the speaker of the iPhone or handheld and then change it back to my truck, it works very well.

When I call my truck, using Bluetooth, all parties can hear one another, but incoming calls only on me.

I tried to reset the network settings, non-couplage coupling phone/truck and restart the phone. Restarting seems to work for the next incoming call, and then it starts again.

Any help would be great. I received an incoming call on my phone about 10 minutes before you download the update of IOS. The following call (update to the post), the problem is presented.

    Thank you.

    Hello:

I don't think that it is a problem with your laptop Bluetooth device or driver. Did you do the bluetooth in your phone or your headset to be discoverable mode?

Understand and troubleshoot the Bluetooth wireless technology

If any case it is a driver issue, you could get your latest driver from here. Install the driver for the bluetooth device present in your lapotop, reboot the system (you know that section of network controller/Bluetooth adapter in device - control panel Manager).

    Hello:

The device that you posted is your HP Bluetooth module:

This driver and software should take care of this.

What is the string of letters and numbers of your wired network card device ID?  It appears in Device Manager?  If this isn't the case, you must go into your BIOS and in device configuration menu, make sure that your LAN controller is enabled. If this is the case, then set the LAN/WLAN switching for people with reduced mobility if it is set to active.

You must save the settings, where you changed by pressing the F10 key and exit the BIOS.

  • ProBook 650 1: Problems with W10 upgrade - Client VPN in my notebook?

    Hello

I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 but, like many people, I encountered some problems with the Broadcom 802.11 wi - fi adapter. I read a lot of discussion about it and I decide to yestarday to roll back to Windows 7 in order to do a clean update by ISO and unisntall VPN. I read that Cisco VPN Client is the problem when upgrading to W10... but I'm not sure I have the Cisco Client in my notebook.
You help me find a software which VPN I have in my book?
I run Microsoft Fixit and found out that I have:
    Cisco PEAP
    Cisco LEAP
    Cisco EAP-FAST

Is this software VPN? Or not?

After having updated Broadcom driver on Windows 10 WiFi worked well, but I still had an error message ' Broadcom 802.11 network adapter wi - fi doesn't work "whenever I turned on the laptop.
In addition, it was impossible on W10 to open the Broadcom Wireless Tool (Control Panel) software, I always get an error message.

    Should I unistall Cisco software?

    See you soon,.

    Marco

    "Hi @Kreiskybill,

I'm sorry that was meant to be an internal memo that I'm not trained on commercial products and I was hoping one of my colleagues would help, but I'll try my best to help you.

For your wireless problem, there are several troubleshooting documents available on the page of product support for your ProBook (http://ow.ly/ADK7301hCLl), that might be useful.  Also, here is the 'HP PC' document - troubleshooting wireless network and the Internet (Windows 10) consumer ( http://ow.ly/pIm0301hEIN ) for reference.

With regard to programs of Cisco that you listed, @SpiritX on the Microsoft Forums ( http://ow.ly/DAhQ301hCFt ) well answer your question about Cisco programs you listed.  I know that you are not running Windows Vista, but the answer is always valid for you.

  • Battery in HP Probook-4530 s problem

I use HP Probook 4530 s core i5, 2 months from the date that I have purchased this product. I noticed these days that every time that I keep my laptop / stop 24 hours / one full day, its battery discharging up to 5%, and when I turn it on for my use it starts to load it. Here, I think it necessary to tell you that I always use my laptop on the charger provided by HP, I have never use its backup battery again. Please tell me is this a normal behavior for a battery.

'OK' status means that the battery is working properly. This link will give you more information about the battery test: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00821429

In the HP Support Assistant there should be an option to calibrate the battery. HP recommends to calibrate the battery ever of 1 to 2 months. The problem you are experiencing could be the result of the calibration of the battery being off. You can either calibrate the battery using the Assistant from HP Support, or you can calibrate manually using this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00817650

    I hope this helps!

  • Product: HP Pavilion computer laptop problem: connections of unstable bluetooth wireless speakers

    Hello:

My problem concerns the following product:

Laptop HP Pavilion 15.6 inch screen (15-e084ca), AMD Quad Core A10 - 5750M and 8650 Radeon graphics card, 1 TB hard drive, 8 MB of SDRAM DDR3, Windows 64 - bit 8.1.

I have a bluetooth microphone speaker clarity HD monster and player of bluetooth Philips shoqbox, a shooting game sound bluetooth Philips.

In all 3 cases, I could connect the speakers and use them, but the connections are unstable. The laptop automatically interrupts the connection. It happened several times. I have many different versions of this problem.

Once the speaker is disconnected (either manually I disonnect it me or does the laptop on its own) it can be difficult to establish an extermely reconnection.

If someone has had and solved this problem, please share the information with me.

    Thank you

    Hi laptop_user,

Next time you see one of your devices in the Device Manager with the exclamation right click on it and go to properties and there should be a State of the device that will tell us the problem. Also install your software from MediaTek Bluetooth driver and then try to connect. Also check using Bluetooth devices for more information.

    Thank you
