  Open the document in Acrobat and use ctrl-D to get document properties. Select the initial display and set the desired resolution. Then save and download.

• Wacom Cintiq 22HD and animate CC - no zoom with touch strip. Know a solution?

  The Touch Strip on my works of 22HD Cintiq for zoom / zoom out view in Flash CS6, but DOES NOT WORK on animate CC

  I think that I have found a workaround. It seems that the Touch Strip can be programmed to accept a combination of keys to drag to the top and another sequence of keys to slide down. Who would have thought!

  Customize your setting Touch Strip in the Wacom preferences window, as below. Define one (or all if you prefer) functions "Strike."... "in the menu dropdown. The functions settings panel will come down.

  1. tap inside the top box (next to the white arrow up) with your stylus to select. Then on your keyboard pressed key command key and press the = (equal sign).

  2. Select the bottom box (next to the white arrow down) to select. Then on your keyboard pressed key command key and press-(minus) key.

  3. tap OK.

  I found that leaving the speed setting in the middle of the slider works best for me.

  

• Jumps of AE 12.1 Zoom with the scroll wheel

  Since the update of the scroll wheel seems to 'work' erratic when zoom a viewer react too late and then zoom too fast. Scrolling works as it should with the other panels.

  I'm on a Mac 10.8.5.

  This bug has been fixed in update after effects CC (12,2), which was released yesterday.

  Let us know how it works for you when you tried with the updated version.

• Zoom browser 5.5 problem

  I have two different courses published. The two, to the best of my knowledge, have the same htl file that launches, with the exception that the reference to the file unique swf.

  But in one of them, when I Zoom the view browser (tested in Firefox and Chrome), the film zooms as well as the stage of htm swf. (see http://notalone.com/dashboard/custom/captivate/Supervisors1.htm)

  In the other, (http://notalone.com/dashboard/custom/captivate/SupervisorsIntro.htm) the SWF zoomed independently, which leaves me with the problem you see below:

  

  Given that the htm files are practically the same, I say to myself that I must be missing something in the publication settings. Someone has any idea how to solve this?

  Check if there are widgets in these projects.  If so, disable widgets, publish and test again.  Maybe that's your problem.

  But the Flash update version has these options.

  Zoom options are ContextMenuBuiltInItems optional.

  1. the solution provided in the above URL does not work. I tried to create the file in the appropriate location, and then close and restart firefox, create the file in another location, close firefox, move it to the correct location, and then restart and the same process but with my laptop stop and restart between closing firefox and reopen it.

  2. the first time I open a new tab after opening firefox again once I get a super-zoom-in view of the bar of unwanted search with only a few pixels of the top row of the visible tabs, and in a strange move, there is no scroll bar to allow me to see the rest

  Check through the properties in the context menu in Windows Explorer as userContent.css is a CSS file and not a TEXT file?

• When you visit some Web sites, Firefox does not display the topic sites and sometimes the text correctly. It seems broken and unreadable.

  I reinstalled a new version of Firefox and set all of the default settings, but the problem still persists.   There has been problems reported with older versions of the Helvetica font bitmap or Geneva or fonts (bitmap) that Firefox cannot display in this size.

  There was also the fonts with a reported Chinese name who self-identify as Helvetica, in order to check that as well.

  I have problems in different websites. Some texts are as if the encoding was messed up. In the page itself, either in the form of pages such as this. This is not the case in the various browsers.

  It is not not an encoding, but a police problem.

  This problem may be caused by the version of the bitmap of the font Helvetica or Geneva or another font (bitmap) that cannot be displayed by Firefox in this font size.
  Firefox cannot display that font in the specified gibberish of size and display instead.

• Title / "BOLD" fonts appears as gibberish

  This has been an annoying problem with Firefox for the month for me. The police of some position or "BOLD" text on some websites comes out as gibberish, mostly a combination of foreign letters. Numbers of are displayed in a combination of MNOPQRSTUVW. Switching between the character encoding does nothing, but I'm usually on Western (ISO-8859-1) or Unicode (UTF-8). It seems not to be a problem of fonts system on my PC because IE and Chrome is able to correctly display the fonts on the same pages. I tried to search the fonts corrupted on my PC and have resulted in nothing. I also tried to disable all my plugins and addons of Firefox and it made no difference. Would appreciate input on this weird problem because I'm out of ideas.
