  • CS5-Merge To HDR Pro blocks Photoshop (Win 7, 64-bit)

    Hello

I had Photoshop CS5 Extended for about 2 weeks. I use the 64-bit with Windows 7 64 bit version. It has so far been working well, but I'm now a problem with "Merge to HDR Pro. Once I entered my settings and click on 'ok' Photoshop no longer responds. I have to start "Task Manager" and forced to leave Photoshop.

It is a common problem or am I the only one get it? Is there a solution?

    Thank you

You mean it hangs or freezes Photoshop, no crashes.

No, I've not seen too many reports of this.

Can you give us more details about your system and what type of files you are using as input for MergeToHDRPro?

  • Merge to HDR PRO in Photoshop does not not from the NIK

Since I installed the full suite of Nik, "Merge to HDR PRO in CS5" from the LR4 does not work. When I select, CS5 opens but the files have not been transferred. Before you install Nik, it worked very well.

I can transfer the photo manually by selecting all them using Edit in... CS5, but it's less convenient, especially because more later I import the result into LR4.

I sent the same question Nik and they sent reusable back on how to get their HDR to work.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Doug

Nik has recommended I have uninstall the Collection Nik and then reinstall it. That solved the problem.

  • Unable to check "Remove Ghosts" in the merge to HDR Pro

When you try to use "Merge to HDR Pro" in Photoshop CC 2015.5, I can't check the box "remove ghosts".  Everything else (sliders, other boxes) appear to be functional

How many exhibitions (files) have you used for your Merge to HDR?

If it is less than 3 (files) it seems it won't work, if it does not submit a screenshot of screens

Let us know if that helps.

It is a problem with the Camera Raw plugin 9.5.  Until that a fix is released, the solution is to roll back to ACR 9.4 unless you have a camera that requires a 9.5 ACR.  Use the installer from 9.4 to roll back:

  • 'Could not complete the command because of a program error' when you try to merge HDR photos.

I looked around, a bit online, but have not been able to find a solution to this problem on one of the forums. I use Adobe Photoshop CC on a Windows 10 PC. Many positions using other versions of Photoshop or Mac instead of a PC. While I was trying to use the suggestions that they mentioned regardless of version or BONES, none of them seemed to work. I have had no problem blending of HDR photo using the PLC-> merge to HDR Pro tool, but it doesn't work now. I tried to reset the photoshop preferences, disable the "generator" and change the default printer in XPS writer, but none of these suggestions seem to help at all. I'd appreciate any help from someone from Adobe who knows his business or another user who has solved this problem. Thanks in advance!

Aparently it was a problem with Photoshop, because the last update solved the problem.

  • Launch of process the bridge (e.g., Photomerge, HDR Pro) Photoshop.  CS 2015

Hello.  I am running CS 2015 on two computers: My Dell desktop Win 10 and my laptop Lenovo Win 10.  On the laptop, the Tools menu of Bridge allows me to start some process of Photoshop Photomerge and Merge to HDR Pro. Dell does not offer me the same option.  This feature was always available to CS5 on both computers (using win 8).  I think it must be a configuration problem; something to do with preferences.   I had a few problems with CS 2015 and/or Adobe become confused about my sign - in my upgrade to Windows 10, but I think I have fixed the who - signed and a number of times on both computers.   The Lenovo (where the feature works) has been upgraded to Windows 10, while the Dell (where it does not) was a very problematic upgrade followed a new installation of Windows 10 and Creative Suite.   Two versions of the software (i.e. on two computers) are the same and are fully up-to-date.

    If anyone can help?

Problem solved...   Referring to Support Adobe and Community Help, I came across a similar question from Amy Blankenship on June 7, 2013...

Following the same day Curt Y response, I was led to the bridge: Edit / Preferences / dialog, where I checked Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 startup scripts.   I then rebooted the bridge, and the feature was returned.

    Thanks anyway.   Best regards Fred

  • Problem CS5: merging HDR Pro & EV incorrect values

    Hello

I try to use the HDR Pro on Photoshop, but have not yet find a way around a problem I encounter.

The game Gran Turismo 5 3 Playstaiton has a photo and you mode allows to edit the parameters of the camera in the game and then export your image. When you open the images with Photoshop, a message appears informing you Photoshop data file is maybe damaged. You can choose to ignore this and the image appears as usual.

The real problem occurs when you take photos with different exposure settings and then try to use the option "Merge to HDR Pro. For some reason, the values embedded in the files are incorrect. I took three pictures, the picture of high level was-3,0 exposure value seen in HDR Pro, which is obviously false, and the normal and low level photos both had a value of 0.0. Of course these confused values cause the whole process of HDR to go bad horrible, as shown here:

    http://i53.Tinypic.com/euh7ra.jpg

Photoshop support pages inform me for files with missing values EV, can I put them manually, however there is no option for files with incorrect values. Is it possible that I can change the settings manually? Either through Photoshop or editing files elsewhere?

    Thanks for any help.

Yes, there are the editing/display EXIF utilties.

You can hand or change the hexadecimal numbers in the file (if you know how).

  • CS5 Merge to HDR crop the images during the alignment?

    Hello

I am using photos HDR merges to build a panoramic view in Autodesk Stitcher.  When I use Photoshop Merge to HDR, stitcher program gives an error that it is unable to Sting as the file sizes are different. When I use Photomatix Pro 4.1 to create HDR, there is an option to disable cropping. This fixes the problem with Stitcher.  If Photoshop cultures during HDR merging, y at - it an option to OFF turrn?

    Thank you

    Joe

I don't know if it cultures, but it does not change the pixel dimensions (size) according to how to get your images out of alignment are if you use auto alignment.

You can only deactivate in the open HDR Pro dialog box:

  • CS6 HDR Pro problem

    Hello!

I'm using a trial of CS6 check HDR Pro.

It turns out not to work on my computer.

    Description of the problem:

The "Merge to HDR Pro" window can, and I do all kinds of settings. When I hit 'OK', I can see a dialog box saying "create file...". "and a progress bar. Then the HDR Pro window goes away and the normal window of the CS6 comes before. So far, I think this is as it should be.

But then all of a sudden another dialog box pops up saying:

"Error 8800: general Photoshop error occurred." Maybe this feature is not available in this version of Photoshop.

    -no additional information available >

    Online: 124

    -> desc.putPath (typeNULL, new file (this.file)); »

The CS6 window is empty (as a new file) The files before to merge left, without HDR visible result.

    File types:

It is the same behavior, no matter if I use the Nikon raw or JPEG files as source.

    Software:

    CS6 Version 13.0.1 (Trial Version)

    Operating system:

    Mac OSX 10.7.4

Post edited by: Paul112221 I forgot to mention that I already tried to reset preferences and even reinstalled CS6. Still the same problem.

I solved my problem now. The cause was a system of user mounted on/Volumes/Private files.

No climbs and Merge to HDR Pro works well :-)

  • HDR Pro corrupt fusion production

Basic CS6 on W7 64-bit execution. I'm not a frequent user of CS6, mainly Photoshop Elements does everything I need, but I've been reworking the CS5 Classroom in an exercise book to refresh my knowledge CS6.

I reached the exercise (page 139) when several images of a model are merged using file > automation > merge HDR Pro... but to get a bizarre result. I tried two suggestions in this and the main forum for Photoshop (reset preferences, which guarantees images are displayed in tabs), but none worked. My graphics drivers are up to date, as well as all Windows updates. It's very weird because I'm sure that when I tried this exercise a year or two ago it worked fine. I have seen that there was a recent update of Photoshop - could that broke it?

    Here's what I mean - any suggestions?

Interesting - with the clean install also let him install CS6 32 bit version as well (I have more disk space now than I did a year ago). In the 32-bit CS6 Merge to HDR Pro works great!

That is what someone gives ideas on what the problem might be?

  • HDR Pro, can't see the buttons SAVE or quit SMOKING

Photo files open and merge to HDR pro, but it seems resizes the window and I can't see SAVE or CANCEL buttons down, do FORCE QUIT to exit. I tried to resize the window, zooming, changing the Prefs system display resolutions. I took my old iMAC from 5 months to the Apple store and they think it's CS5. Any ideas?

Do you mean cmd/opt/esc to force quit?

No, I meant to leave the dialog in absence or the Cancel button inavailabilty; But if you followed the issue already you probably all of us who are already trying to anyway.
