  I have a query with Table Panel, built from a display object. I want to include a column in the table whose value is based on the value of the two attributes, say Attribute1 and attribut2. Basically something like:

  If necessary in a PL/SQL environment (or I guess you can call AJAX then PL/SQL javascript) you can use these two APIs to help you perhaps?

  Or should give you the value displayed for a corresponding return value (so since you can access the return value already, switch to one of these functions (as appropriate to your situation)).

• setting programmatically toggle the value of the button?

  Isn't this possible? I looked at help for the SetCtrlVal() and the SetCtrlAttribute(), and it doesn't look like it can be done. True?

  My app has a command button to clear the displayed graph. It would be nice that the first steps of the function to set the value of a button switches to "OFF". Any other way to solve this problem?

  Provided that the nodes property is for a ring, you present with the value numric. The text of the ring is just a tip chart fantasy and has nothing to do with the value of the ring (no similar enums where the numbers and strings are part of the data type).

  I use the OBIEE 11.1.1.3. I have a question about the display of the values in the chart. Currently, if I create a bar horizontonal chart the values for each of the bars are only visible if I hover above the bar. Is there a way to display the actual value on the bar or another method to display this value without having to go.

  If you use rtf model put forward = and double quotes around the field as -.
  <><+field_name+>,'"')?>. This will force Excel to treat the value as text and not to apply the number format.

• How to control the value of a variable that is shared at the beginning of the vi

  Hi all

  In short: How can I make sure the values of the variables shared at the start of a vi?

  I have two vi.

  One is a main vi where did I order a shared Boolean variable "run DAQ".

  The other is a vi with a while loop that "polls" for the shared variable "Execute DAQ", which is connected to a box Structure. If the case is false, it does nothing, if it is true is short some simple IO DAQ within a while loop.

  To be sure that at the beginning of the vi the variable 'Execute DAQ' shared value false (no matter what 'State' the shared variable was left in front of the vi began) I write a Boolean constant to this shared variable 'Execute DAQ' out of hand while loop.

  Now my question: how is it possible that the case structure can enter into the 'True' State, even when main vi is not executed and there is therefore no way of the shared variable can be written in. I know that shared variables are stored in memory, but that's why I write it to false at the beginning of the vi.

  Even when I read the first shared variable before you change it with a constant False the second instance of the shared variable that is wired to the case structure bed to True.
  It seems to me that the shared variables do not follow the 'right' of the dependence of LabView and are updated outside the normal flow of the vi.

  Yes.  Do not use them.

  If you not post on a network, use a normal Global Variable or use a queue, the user event, stating to send commands indicating loops for updating their values.

  If on a network, then I recommend the network stream to send commands/data back with updates.  I used shared variables, more I hate them.

  I wanted to do a manufacturer Bill... sort for me. I have some products Let tell and I click on them, and clicking on these buttons, I'd give to see the numbers add up in a text box dynamics and if I could keep track of the value inside the box.

  You can do this with a process Page or javascript. Depends on your specific needs.

  and bother to follow the directions.  I am, moreover, work in snapshot mode.  So I followed the instructions to clear the display of the Image when you are working in the Snapshot mode, but it didn't work.  Either I'm doing something wrong or maybe (as the instructions seem to imply) that this example was written for LabVIEW 7.1 and 8, but perhaps not for LabVIEW 2010?  Hard to say, but can someone help me understand how to clear display of images (IMAQ/Vision).  I just want to be able to clear an existing image before implementing a new.  How can I do this in LabVIEW 2010?

• I can't control the sleep display option - display decreasing intensity 5 minutes despite Power Options

  I have a HP Pavilion dv7, running Win 7 Professional SP1 x 64. It was purchased in 2010.

  The display dims (goes to dark blue, not black, the desktop is not visible) after 5 minutes of inactivity.

  The cover of the computer is open, pc is connected, nothing else is running.

  I have power Options (Control Panel--> equipment) and its--> power for trendy Options value

  HP recommended and I have edited the plan to these settings:

  • The brightness... 20 minutes
  • Turn off the display... 45 minutes
  • Put the computer to sleep... 1 hour

  I put these time abnormally high just to see if the system will follow this plan, and it's not.

  Which bothers me more that gradation display after 5 minutes.

  Are there other system options that replace power options?

  Please point me in the right direction.

  Your blue gradation display can show it's a flavor of screen running.

  Check it out and set it to none.

  Your results are correct.  It is not possible for a third party application to connect or disconnect a VPN connection.
