    Video is not yet included in the subscription of Stock. They are autonomous purchases only. A google search of 'vidéo Clips' free may show some sites if there is indeed some ones that are free.

    You have signed up for the 10 images a month plan August 9 and were awarded 10 credits image.  The first month is free.

    When you used these 10 credits, additional images are charged at a special rate of $2.99 per image.

    If you continue the subscription after the trial period you will be awarded 10 images, the next date of renewal to September 9.

    By clicking the button OK in the dialog box should give your team and 10 free images. Sometimes, you'll see a different status message once you accept free images. Messages appear just after the connection. Looks like you see these more often than that. Can you elaborate?

    I'm looking to upgrade my plan CC to include Adobe Stock.

    It says on my CC Control Panel "get 10 free Adobe Stock images.

    When I followed this option need me to:

    However if I try to add Adobe Stock through a Plan Upgrade on my main account through the Adobe Web site it says nothing about 10 free images being repaid.

    So my question is:

    10 free images are available if I buy Adobe Stock as a separate element? (I guess with a separate payment plan that comes out on another date to my CC plan main?)

    Or option repaid 10 free images also come into play if I upgrade my plan to include Adobe Stock?

    I tried to ask the question about the cat but the person I'm talking to obviously didn't understand is not English very well and couldn't understand my question at all! :-)

    I am discovering that I have really don't want payment coming out different dates for my standard CC networks and plan of Adobe Stock plan and prefer to keep these included if possible.

    The first month of Stock from Adobe (10 images/month) will be also refunded if you choose to update your CC to CC + Stock plan.

    If you want to add actions to your existing CC, you can do this via the account management - manage your membership Adobe Stock and payments

    I've been a user of Adobe for a long time, and today a member of Parliament from the creative cloud was presented. I love their products and services and most of the time the speed of the software. However, I am really upset about how the marketing 10-Free image campaign is implemented. I received an email on this subject, clicked through to check the details and saw that it was part of getting people to try the creative cloud bundle and Stock. So, when I click to start using this service, I assumed that it would effect me because I was already a creative cloud membership. Not to receive any clear notice of charges, the next click cost me $129.97.

    First they canceled my current creative Cloud service which I voluntarily implemented September 11 due to specific accounting, then charged me $79.98 for this new bundle, which I was only interested, NOT wanting to have. Then, I got quickly with the support of cat, in the late evening and asked that charges be removed from my bank account. What happened then is that I was charged $49,99 WITHOUT WARNING. So not only I was charged $129,97 not knowing what I was getting into, my account became discovered, leaving me with $35 late fee.  My total payments for a month of service creative Cloud became $214,96 fee.

    Of course, I was told that I was being paid about $100, but I was told it would be 5 to 7 days credited to my bank account. I had my account credit of AT & T in minutes when a mistake occurred at their end, so why this is impossible Adobe. How can $129.97 my money be held hostage for 5 to 7 days at my expense.

    My complaint is that Adobe should provide more dialogue about what embark creators of cloud EXISTING members until this whole thing happens without warning. Even after reading the fine print on the ad, it's not not clear how current account holders would be affected and how much I would be charged and when. This promotion is also very poor, leaving me to watch every transaction with Adobe with more control with days to come.

    Again, Adobe is a nice product, but this Ad promotion needs a lot more work.

    Recently signed up for a subscription of photography CC and was happy to see that I would be able to get 10 free Stock images.  But when you actually go to get your free images you said then you get 10 free images with a @29.00 month subscription to Adobe Stock. While in the fine print, it says that you can cancel at any time during the first month, it actually requires an account with your credit card.  Not impressed - if you get 10 free images why don't we just let users select 10 images free of charge without registration?  After all that you say it is that they are free

    Thanks for your comments.  As you have seen, registration is required for the 30 days test where you get 10 frames.  There is no charge for the first month, and if you do not want to continue with the subscription, you can cancel during the first month.

    One time, I started my subscription (12 months), but cancelled after receiving my 10 images free and in the duration of the trial.     The reset may happen at any time of the day. It resets on billing dates. Thus, as soon as payment goes through the system it will update.
