  Kumar,

  Notifications are assigned to users regardless of the email address they have. If a notification is the target of a user so the user will be able to see it in the list of tasks of notification, as long as the notification is open. Now, if the user turns out to have a valid e-mail address and sender of workflow works correctly then the user will also be sent an e-mail with the content of the notification.

  There is an error or warning if a user does not have an e-mail address; the notification will be always accessible from the task list.

  Marked as "Overall excluded" contacts are contacts who are not in the system.

  E-mail addresses on the list of global exclude are composed of:

  (1) people who have asked to be removed from all Eloqua auxiliaries (we are required by law to comply with this request)

  (2) spam traps known

  (3) select, commonly used (for example,[email protected] ) invalid email addresses.

  Unfortunately, for reasons of confidentiality, we do not release the contents of our global exclusion list.

  Eytan, differentiate us between these 2 types of currently excludes. Contacts excluded by Eloqua will be marked as "excluded of Email send: global exclusion", and excluded from the list of exclusions of master contacts will show "excluded of Email send: master exclude."

  Thank you for your question. I understand that there are two features that are documented in the sync account. However the Android is not synchronized.

  There are two places we can check:

  1. In the Android settings, under accounts is the Firefox Sync or Firefox Sync (discouraged) joint account?
  2. Credentials work on accounts.firefox.com on the mobile device and are there any error messages in the synchronization of the settings menu > sync?

• SA520W does not get an IP on the WAN option

  We use a SA520W as our main router and have a fiber attached to the interface default WAN connection. We would like to improve our availability using a secondary internet connection on the WAN interface option.

  We bought a router dovado tiny 4g for this another connection. It acts as a dhcp server, but the Cisco router does not get an IP address from the dovado router. The router works as expected when it is connected to a normal computer. But somehow the cisco router does not get an IP address.

  I also tried to put a static IP address for the Cisco router, but that did not help either. The dovado router is setup deliver ip in the range of 192.168.0.2 - 254

  Link is established, but State wide AREA network is down. Any ideas?

  Make sure that the port option is set to WAN and WAN mode = MODE of LOAD BALANCE. If not pull an ip address or to negotiate a connection.
