  I'm not 100% clear what you mean - you say that you "click" print screen - where & in what program? Do you mean the print screen on your keyboard key?

  Here's how the print screen button key keyboard should work...

  The Print Screen key does not immediately print on the screen, as the name might make you think - it's a bit wrong to foreground. Instead, it copies the current image of the screen to your Clipboard. You can then paste this image into a program type photo editing (or similar) so that you can edit it or print it from there.

  Another way of the foregoing is by pressing Alt + print screen on your keyboard - it's exactly the same as the above, but the image on the Clipboard is only the active window.

  I'm taking a picture of a game screen to show the Wild Tangent which happens when my game crashes.  According to Microsoft.com not having that one screen open I just press the prt sc button.  Then I go on Paint but when I click on edit, only paste shows, not dough.  Is it because the screenshot does not work?  I tried pressing alt + prt sc, but who does not work either.

  Restore down the window using the (restore in low/maximize) button then alt + prt SC. You can also use the tool to capture in all programs, accessories. The Snipping Tool is the same results and is easier and faster to do!

  Hello everyone.

  I formatted my HP 8440p ENERGY STAR.

  After the installation of the new OS, my fn key does not work with some combinations, like:

  FN + F4

  FN + F8

  Fn + F9

  Fn + F10

  FN + F11

  However, a few other combinations works very well, as:

  FN + prt sc

  FN + F3

  some of the combinations gives the signs as they work, but in fact they are not.

  As when I press "fn + num lk" signage above keyboard lamp goes green bet when I try to type, I always type "YES" instead of "456".

  I can't do 'restore' because again, I formatted my laptop this morning.

  I installed all the drivers ethernet using HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT.

  Looks like you can not install HP Quick Launch before other drivers or applications.

  Probably "Intel HD Grahics" or frame HP (becase I installed this last)

  I just experienced the same problem on my iPhone 7, I think it's a bug in iOS, but I am using iOS 10.0.2. Power + button low Volume allowed me to turn it off then turn it back on... Apple please fix this bug!
