  I also noticed that I don't have my browser security settings has turned to the lowest possible settings, the Toshiba site (which of course uses Cookies) don't remember me long enough for me to get to the login page for the link on the homepage Forum "new record post." He asks me to log in again.

  I tried both browsers, IE and Chrome, with the same results. I think that the forum of the site is poorly designed, if it won't work with the default settings of the browser.

  No - I had, of course, tried all these things. Finally, I had someone (after several days) on the personal chat group that could fix and it did it in a few minutes. Too bad that nobody else seemed to be able to do. Adobe is very soft.
