PSE7, how can I change the image pixel size?

Hello

PSE7 I am trying to resize photos at a lower resolution (100 pixels x 750 pixels) for a slide show of Premiere Elements.  In the editor, when I choose Image->-> resize, I only have the ability to change the size of the Document.  Can someone tell me how to access the dialog box that allows me to change the width and height in pixels?

Thank you

Patti

First of all, you need to activate resampling before the dimensions of the window pixel box becomes active.
