  Please try following steps to recreate a link to the PDF files.

  1. move and place the PDF file all missing in the any folder to the new computer.

  2 open the Control Panel file Muse and hit open assets of Windows > assets

  3. right click on a missing PDF file and choose repeat the link.

  4. Select the correct file to recreate a link and it will connect all the missing files in the folder.

  Hi Marvin. I'm really sorry to hear that you have lost the original design file. Currently, the shared prototype doesn't have the design file stored with the shared prototype. There is no way to recover the original to a prototype file. I'm sorry.

  If you do not have a backup of the file, I fear that the file cannot be recovered. It is not possible to recreate the .muse since records file and the exported files, and Muse will be able to open a .muse file in order to edition.

  Yes, the best practice is to create a folder called BEEP Reports (shared folder)-> in virtue of which you can create 2 folders in the data model and data model

  To ensure that the data/report model points to model data in the shared folder go to the corresponding report and the right pane under the report you see options like history open hourly labor jobs more editing

  Select edit-> opens a new window-> top you see a magnifying glass icon click on that now opens a new window select the shared folder for the corresponding report datamodel that's all.

  Thanks for responding. I found the problem. My customer made changes using editing in the browser, and she tried to incorporate videos on one of the pages. Once she released them, the arrested Muse file crashing, and I was able to merge all the other changes.

  Lesson learned!

  You can't get there by only Muse. This requires a few side server coding as well. Alternatively, you can take advantage of Business Catalyst Ecommerce functionality if you decide to host the site on BC. You can get this 2 ways in British Colombia.

  1. you can create a secure area, add books to this secure area and sell members of the safe zone. Once the customer has purchased the members of the safe zone, they will have access to books.

  2. you can create downloadable products and sell on your site.

• Return of the mistake of MUSE: why do we not have several files with the same name?

  Well - I thought I had all this worked and fixed, but I met the download error 'Why do we have several files with the same name' once again.  (I downloaded all the files several times today in order to 1) works the way it worked the last time and 2) get an OAM file that is not loading for some reason any load again and the download takes about an hour to transfer all the files manually.

  To recap:

  (1) an option "Upload only modified files" returns the 'Muse has encountered an error and closes.  Why do we have several files with the same name? "error just as before.

  (2) a full download will work but takes forever and is NOT a substitution for work changed files option.

  Please advise with possible solutions!

  Is it possible to have two .oam different files in different folders on your computer where the .oam files have the same name? I'm theorizing that there may be a bug in the treatment to ensure the folder created for a .oam placed on the server receives a unique name, particularly in the case of a partial update of the site on the server.

  Please send us the .muse file and all the files in .oam related to [email protected] along with a link to this topic for the context so we can attempt to reproduce this error and isolate the root cause. • Working with Muse-file on the server to the network of the Office?

  My process of working with Muse is generally: first copy the folder of the whole project (Synology) NAS - on my desktop and then open the project.muse file. When I finished my work, all the way autour-sometimes, I forgot, not 20 more ;-).

  But: sometimes I want to just correct a very little thing that takes a few seconds of work.

  For this reason, and to sometimes work with macbook out of office, I just want to know:

  It is advisable to work with Muse directly from (NAS) file server? All data maintained there and only doubleclick the Musefle?

  So I'm already working with InDesign for years - also to avoid duplication.

  Not sure if it's a good idea with Muse too.

  It is always better to work on a file from local disk Muse. If your current workflow is correct.

  If you try to open the file of the Muse of SIN and to work with it directly, you run the risk of ending up with a corrupted file, if there is no blip in communication networks during the recording of the file.

  So to get the file locally before working, gives you a sure-fire way to work with the Muse project. Moreover, or even not at all your local file is corrupted in the course except for some strange reason, you can always get the latest version from the server registered.

The html file is generated, but when I click it, only a blank page opens on my internet browser. As far as I understand it, computer graphics itself should open in the browser.   The model of "Cloud" Adobe is not designed to handle the storage of gigabytes of files value... it can do is to say, save your configurations, presets, & custom keyboards, so you can "sync" until the Cloud computer, go to another machine, and through this cloud of machines connection, defined your personal work on this computer. For the media, you have to sneaker-net (physically move via cell phones or the flash-disks), or use a storage/transfer of clouds like drop box tool, or something like that.

  Hello, I am trying to import a Muse site located in a folder on my desktop apple in Muse. When I go to add the new site of Muse > go to my Office I see the folder, but it allows me to access the files in the index?  They are all grayed out for some reason any?

  Unfortunately Adobe Muse can only access files with the .muse extension when you use file > open site. You can open and edit files native .muse only.

  Muse can not open files such as HTML, CSS, JS and allow you to change them.
