Hello
Two questions come to mind:
1. the export was created using exp and not expdp
2. you have copied the file with a kind of FTP utility and used the 'ascii' mode and not "binary".

If not of them is the problem, perhaps the file is corrupt simply.

I created all the data of the same files as the old database. so when importing all users will be created

In my first test I didn't create all the users before importing, just give this command all users imported without any errors.

Assuming that 'data files' mean 'spaces', are you sure that all the storage spaces have been created (including temporary)?

I did the same thing to dozens of times (not with a version so old, I must say), and I got these errors when some tablespace has not been created.

  • import error ORA-39171 & ORA-01536

I am getting below error when importing

    SYSTEM                      1100                299        72
    My source database is

    PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.5.0 - Production

    TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
    NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
So, in exports and imports, I used the VERSION option = LATER.

But I still get this error.

    Any help much appreciated.

What were the last two lines on the screen / the log file. If she attempts to import a table, or a table with important extents, it may be that the tablespace is still too small. I don't know what these numbers:

  • Data truncation error ORA-12899 ODI File_To_RT: value too large for colum

    Hello
Give me an idea so I can truncate the grater data source to length max before you insert into the target table.

    Prtoblem details: -.

For my script read the data of the insert and the source .txt file the data in the length of the target table.suppose source file data exceeds the length of col max of the target table. So how I truncates the data so that the data migration will be successful and also can avoid the mistake of ODI "" ORA-12899: value too large for column '. "

    Thank you
    Sébastien

I was referring to the source database. Because C$ table is created based pon the source data store. Increase the physical and logical length on a same value.
If you see the code generated for C$ table create table step you can see the size of the column. This table is not able to store the incoming string value.

Substr function will be used when the data will be loaded either I$ table or table target.

No, it isn't a matter of product. Please go to the tab of process definition and
define any attribute with multiple values as a key field in mapping definition of the reconciliation process.

Let me know the result, if you please.

    Once you see this:

    Work 'SYSTEM '. "" SYS_EXPORT_TABLE_23 "carried out at 09:51:36

The Data Pump task is done with the dumpfile. It is some clean that is needed and it looks like something in the cleaning failed. Don't know what it was, but you dumpfile should be good. An easy way to test is to run impdp with sqlfile. This will make all import will do, but instead to create objects, he writes the ddl in sql file.

    Impdp directory of the user/password sqlfile = my_test.sql = your_dir dupmfile = your_dump.dmp...

If it works, then your dumpfile should be fine. The last action of export, it is write the main table Data Pump in the dumpfile. The first thing that import is read this table. So, if you can read it in (which sqlfile impdp) your dump is good.

I solved it. It was because of the incompatible ojdbc.jar pass... Use the compatible ojdbc container for your oracle database.

  • Picture of detail not refreshing after main table query

    JDev 11.1.2.4

I have an af:query for a criterion to display against the main table based on a date field.  The main table is updated as expected when you edit the query.  It's that the secondary table linked to not refresh when the query changes.  Retail refreshes correctly when a line is changed on the main table.  The secondary table has the ppr set to the main table.  I tried to include the query in the ppr, but it does not work.  I tried to change the ContentDelivery on both with no luck.  I looked on the forum and blogs, and I'm not finding a resolution.  I expected the ppr to take care of this because data is changing in the main table.  Any ideas what I'm missing?

    Thank you

Works for me using 11.1.1.7.0 with this code in the page:

  • Error ORA-39151 whil Import DB

    Hello

I am trying to import a database using datapump in version oracle 10.2.0.3

During the import, I noticed a few oracle erros. ORA-39151. "All the data and dependent metadata will be ignored due to table_exists_action jump." I do a full import. During the import, I canceled the import once, then I restarted the import once again, this means the objects will be created in the part of creating user to import?

I use datapump for the first time, if I can't ignore these errors? When I do another import I want to avoid similar errors, what can be done. I have

    Thank you

There are some objects that already exists on the target database, or as a result of import several times.

TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = {SKIP |} ADD | TRUNCATE | REPLACE} - offer Data Pump Import with instructions to run when it detects a table in the target database with the same name as a table in the input file. TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = JUMP - existing tables are ignored if they already exist. Nothing is done.
TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = APPEND-Data Pump Import will add lines to the existing table.
TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = TRUNCATE - data pump import truncates existing lines of table and load from the source.
TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = REPLACE - existing tables will be fallen, recreated and then loaded the source.
