  Hello!

  I recently downloaded a sample FLA file and I see the scene is FIXED on the upper left side of the screen flash and objects outside of the scene does not appear on the screen (like a mask, but there is no layer mask).

  

  When I create a new file of the scene appears in the middle of the screen and outside the scene objects are not hidden.

  There are several ways you can do it according to the structure of your animation.

  • You can use masquer(); in the code with:

  SYM. $('elementOrSymbolName'). hide();

  • You could turn off the screen to 1000 ml - select your element or symbol and choose display off.  In the second image below, the text element is off the display to 0 and view on to 0.01.

  

  My recommendation is to use symbols when you can and then manipulate them as needed.

  Insofar as resizing is concerned, it depends on what you really want to do. You can resize your stage and resize your objects. You could add code to your elements to resize according to the size of the browser.

When I use the game, rewinding, buttons etc, it shows me my table of editing/workspace together, but now I see only the preview stage, without having to export the entire file out to the different format...

  I woldn can't wonder if in animate it again, it's functionality, but it doesn't seem to be in CS6 I'm stuck with for now. I remember in CS5 there was a swf preview that allowed this.

  The view menu has the editing table, which makes alternate between if it displays the content outside the scene or not.

  Hi, I have drawn objects outside the scene, thinking they would be croped automatically when you create the swf file. BUT it doesn't work. The objects are of course on the stage, but pour over the edge... Anyone who knows what I have to do?   To get only the visible scene in all conditions you can place a mask on the stage, which means that the mask will hide everything that lives in your timeline.  Alternative to that, if any masking will be too complicated, you can try to create the equivalent of a photo frame with a rectangle that you place on a layer above all other layers... it would have a cut to the size of the stage so that the content of the scene is visible, but which also be tall enough to hide anything that falls out of the scene.

  Another option is to put the Options bar of the Rectangle rounded to the path tool

I tried to see if I can change the connection parameters and startup items to my account from other accounts system preferences, but it only allows to do this for the user you are logged in as. I tried to boot into Safe Mode and Recovery Mode and just get the same result. I erased the NVRAM. Logging in via the Panel of users to switch to the other account is not do the trick either. I feel like I am running out of options, so any help here would be great before I just reset the entire Macbook.

  Fairly new to Motion so looking for an approach

  I have a simple logo (it looks like a Sun) moving on the lower left display to around a mid point upward and a third from the left edge. The right side of the scene is text.

  I would start with a black screen and then reveal the text and background, as the sun rises, with passing arc at the bottom left to cover the entire Stadium...

  I tried just to add a rectangle, which is black with the transition to transparent gradient, then move across the stage... She has a straight line for the transition between black and transparent, with a few feathers... Close again not what I'm looking for.

  I tried to use a circle to cut off a bite of a rectangle for the entry of 'the arc of light' Sun, then move this arc across the stage to reveal black to transparent, yet not able to sort out how to scramble the transition of the circle surface of the rectangle.

  So, what's a way to create the lighting of the scene, as if the rising sun made enlightenment?

  Use a light object (or several lights). Object Menu > new light (command-shift-L).

  Note * using lights requires a 3D project. You will be asked to convert 2D, if that's where you started. IF you have a background that you do not want to "react" to the camera angles, you can change the type of group in 2D (either the Inspector's group in the list of layers by clicking on the "Stacked Rectangles" icon at the right edge of the column that will toggle between 2D and 3D.)

  If you use a type of spotlight, you can set the cone and blurred. You can also color the light. You can keyframe the position to animate it through your scene. You can keyframe the intensity to simulate the change from dark to light, etc...  If your logo is separated from the background, you can also add shadows. I recommend turning the opacity to about 30 and the sweetness up to about 20... but these parameters depend on the obscurity of your background items.

• T420 stuck on the startup Lenovo screen

  Hi I'm new to this community, so I would like to applogise if I have something simillar to mist (I checked some but not solved my problem).

  I have a thinkpad t420, I bought a used one. It worked great, and I bought a friend, that I trust. I installed an SSD, was usnig Linux, and everything worked for a month. But then I bought a HARD drive caddy and replaced the CD-ROM. After that my thinkpad has worked for a day (although he does not recognize the second HDD). The next day, I tried to find BIOS for some parameters and after I restarted my laptop, it was stuck on the startup Lenovo screen, reboot loop. I tried:

  -removing and replacing the caddy with the CD rom.

  -replace my SSD drive,

  -replace the RAM (two locations),

  -Reset BIOS,

  -launch a diagnostic CD (but it does not start, nor can I boot from a USB key)

  My google search showed that he could bi a problem with one of the USB pins inside one of the ports (short circuit or something like that), but I couldn't find any damage. So I'm thinkig that the motherboard may be damaged, but I can access BIOS, but it's the only thing I can do with it.

  I'd be thenkful Walker of any advice or help, before moving on to official Lenovo service for help. Thnak you!
