• App fails when submitted to the provider Portal

  Hi all

  I have a native application of BB10.2 which loads and works very well in the Simulator.  Twice I've submitted to the app store via the provider portal and twice I get an email back stating that the application could not start on any device.  That's all they say.   I don't have a real device, so hoped that this forum may have some suggestions.

  One thing I'm not sure of is the order in which to do the 'build' and 'Export Release Build' package.  The last is in the 'bar descriptor' tab.

  I see a bunch of files in the directory called /arm/o.le-v7 is that it creates a file bar and also a lot of shared libraries.  I have just download the bar file to the portal of the seller.  I'm doing something wrong here?

  You have the minimum OS 10.2?  So I suppose, just had to ask.

  I use 'Export Release Build', then once signed, raising the bar file in the repertoire.../arm/o.le-v7.

  My only suggestion (and I'm not sure that's possible) would be to try sideload or Simulator.  So delete the app in the Simulator and anything else that you put on, look for the instructions of lateral load - personally I just use the tools of Android.  You need to specify the IP address of the Simulator, memory, you do not need to put the Simulator in development Mode or a password.

• How to configure the provider Portal

  Hi all

  I use Agile PLM 4 process 6.1.0.2.

  I am configuring the provider portal.

  I connected a new provider and subject to registration in the Administration of the supplier portal.

  But when I try to approve this registration on the Supplier Portal Administration module I can not find the new registration.

  Is there something I need to set up before using the Supplier Portal Administration module?

  There is a widget in data Admin Toolkit, available in the Pack of extensibility, Admins of provider portal which will establish your country or associations so that you can display the records.

• Typo version bundle provider Portal

  I added a new version of maintenance for my application but missed one '.' resulting in the portal provider putting the bundle 1.5 instead of 1.0.5.

  I have not noticed this before submitting, on BBW, it correctly reports the version 1.0.5.

  I have an email in support seller asking if they can fix, but as usual response takes a long time.

  All the world made this mistake and fixed it themselves or support of the seller has do it for you.

  I need a quick answer because I want to add another beam to release but don't want to do if the answer from the support of the seller will be to remove this bundle in the market first?

  In supplier portal I added a device more support for a perticular app, I want to know that the way that much time it will take for this device that will appear in the list of "Supported Devices".

  That said, I talked to a BlackBerry person this time and the answer he gave was "it depends."  There is not a BlackBerry World, there are several servers and it may take some time for changes to be propagated to the one you use.  But when I made this change to an application at this time, the change was visible on the phone with an hour.

  When I try to log on to the portal the seller using my Blackberry ID Blackberry (that I used successfully to join this forum and post this message), my connection is rejected with the message:

  What is someone having the same problem?  Is there a work around?  Or is the portal site of Blackberry have a problem?

• Export in & submit to the FB provider Portal

  I am very very new to AIR development and BlackBerry Tablet OS SDK.

  However, I am on my way to learn & doing some apps!

  I finished my first and will submit the supplier portal.

  I made the app just like a normal of MXML in FB file and have managed to operate completely in the BlackBerry PlayBook Simulator.

  Now, should what file I? I heard I need a .bar file to submit. That's the good? Can I just copy and paste or drag this on my desktop and download that, or should I do something else?

  Look in your folder bin-debug for your file bar. This is the file you need to download the supplier portal. For .bar production he has also recommended to compile with debug = false.

  You can apply as a person. You will be asked to send a copy of a document of identification (such as driver's license or similar). You also need a valid PayPal account.

  We are currently working on an initiative to translate our application of PLM4P for the Chinese language.  For the moment I seeks to introduce a Chinese version of our terms and conditions for the supplier portal.  To do this, I need to know what language has been selected by the user on the Welcome screen.  On the login screen, I see that the 'lang_login' setting is available in the query string, but it is not transmitted to sp.aspx (after her hit "login").  Looks like a simple enough task to add this parameter, but I can't seem to locate where sp.aspx is submitted.

  Anyone know where I could find that call so I can add the parameter of the request for access on the other side chain?

  In SupplierPortal\login.aspx.cs, when you click on "login" PLM4P will redirect to SP.aspx without parameters. But the value of 'lang_login' was recorded in PlatformHelper.Platform.ApplicationManager.TranslationManager.CurrentLanguage. Is also useful for you?
