  until the day I was able to add more photos of the "rocket".

  The "rocket" or the extra memory card were nowhere near

  It depends on how you

  1. Choose the Mode "full screen" or
  2. unchecked toolbars

  The F11 key activates / turns off Mode full screen or not. Full screen, you have no toolbars, no tab and no bar Add on (bottom).

  No, you can't.  The latest version of paint is only for the latest version of Windows. Because the painting is integrated into the package of Windows you cannot uninstall and then install a more modern version.
