  For me, it looks like a malfunction of the battery, you may try to calibrate the battery several times to improve performance, but not quite sure it would be useful in this case

  To calibrate the battery discharge battery until it is completely empty. Then load it again until the battery indicator would turn toward blue or green (it depends on model you have).

  If it would not help, I would advise new battery of tests.
