  Please go to the Adobe PDF option in the Outlook Ribbon. Choose Change Conversion settings and uncheck "output Adobe PDF portfolio when creating a new PDF file" to create a normal PDF. Attached snapshot.

  I checked that the behaviors and links are in agreement on the 'master' throughout every page of the drawing.

  When I export to PDF format, the links work correctly, but 'Swap Image' behavior does not work. When I roll over a button, the style does not change when you view the document in Acrobat.

  PNG and PDF files are attached.

  Any suggestions?

  As you have correctly found, the links will work, but will not be seen no behavior added in Fireworks in PDF format when exporting.

• Conversion of MS Word documents with bacgrounds colors in pdf format

  Forgive an Acrobat "dope", but externally, this seems to be a simple problem... I can not understand!

  For work, I use Microsoft Office Word 2003 (MS Office Pro 2003) and Acrobat 8 Pro.  I have no problem to convert an MS Word doc, with the foreground, images or text, or PDF.  However, if I give any MS Word doc, a backgroundcolor, using the Format Menu > background > and then selecting a color, the color is not everywhere in the conversion to PDF-, I find myself with a standard white page, instead of color!

  Where I'm going wrong?  Or is this something color background that Acrobat cannot convert, whatever I do?  I do wish to produce an effect of 'Nick' by placing a color image behind the text (which I know will work) because the size pdf files become larger I want.  I want to 'color paper' using menu of MS Word and convert it to a pdf with this same "color paper" being the result.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

  In WORD: TOOLS > Options > Print > background color and images (I had already checked background printing, but which refers to the process of printing, not the background. Check this other does the trick. It is probably disabled by default to prevent using regular printers ink.)

  I use the trial version of InDesign CS6 on a mac OSX 10.7.4 that I need to export my document as an interactive PDF. I found that the export works very well as long as none of the objects in my document were a shadow. However, if I add a shadow to any object (text, images or video) InDesign will crash when I try to export. I'm adding the shadow by selecting the object and choosing object > Effects > drop shadow. Is there another method I should use to add shade if I want to export to an interactive PDF?

  I use Adobe InDesign CC 2015 on Windows 7 and a book with several chapters, each chapter being a separate document. Several attempts to export the book to Adobe PDF failed with the following statement:

  When I run the command 'Package book for print', it shows that there are some fonts and missing images. However, as far as I know, I replaced all the missing fonts and I'm unable to see all missing fonts or images on the computer screen.   No, I wasn't trying to PRINT to PDF. I tried to export the book in PDF format in following file > export... and then click on PDF for output. That did not work. However, I just realized that I can export the book by clicking on the small arrow in the upper right corner of the menu that shows all the documents in my book (I don't know how it's called). From there on, I chose "export book to PDF...". "and voila! It worked.
