  I recommend you to check if the mix parameters for the applications you use are activated.

  b. click on the volume icon in the taskbar.
  c. click mixer.

  1. log in to your Skype account.
  2. click on tools, Options, video and settings.
  3. Select the Webcam settings and click on the Advanced tab.
  4. under the Mirror Image, make sure that Horizontal mirror & mirror Vertical is "unchecked".

  4. What is the error code of the video capture device in Device Manager?
  5. What camera do you use Skype for video calls?
