  Update went without a hitch (other than to have to restore my backup the data manually - twice.)  First time, no schedule data).

  I have four e-mail accounts.  I put my default Services in the messaging (CMIME) Options to the mailbox: XYZ.

  When I send an email from any of the four accounts and leave the drop down at the top to , it seems that my bb chooses an e-mail account to send the message.  According to what I type in the TO: field, the outgoing account is selected vs. it being left by default.

  If I leave it at DEFAULT, I chose a TO:, and then the outgoing account may change to 123 instead of the default value of XYZ.  Another email is sent to an address or a different contact and the outgoing is now ABC rather than left to default XYZ.  Very weird.

  Has battery pulls, books and Service verification options to the title of email accounts for basic Message e-mail settings - mail Services are the same as the default Services.

  Ideas?  Questions?

  This isn't an email from Apple. Don't know who it is, but it's not Apple.

  I had almost the same experience, but the deleted mail did not reappear in the Inbox, but in the hub.
  Then I stopped the synchronization of deleted file and the problem was gone. But deleted on Priv items do not go in the folder deleted on the server then. Accidentally deleted messages cannot be recovered.

  I have a question email-hanging, now 6 months pending...  It began after

  upgrade to El Capitan.

• New PC from Vista to 7

  I have a new PC, and I will go from Vista to Windows 7.  I am currently using Windows Mail for my email, but I understand that this will change in Windows Live Mail.

  I don't want to have to go thro and print or copy and paste to Word the mails I need to keep.  The last time I changed my PC, I lost all of my emails 'saved '; don't want that to happen again.  Also, I don't want to have to re-enter all my email addresses like I did the last time.

  I can not find where my emails are currently stored so that I can save the.  I found this: Mail.MSMessageStore the/Janet/appdata/local/microsoft/windowsmail/backup/new/Windows users, but it won't let me open it. Is that where they are stored?  If so, how can I open it?

  Is it possible to transfer my contacts current Windows and my emails 'saved' the new PC?  Thank you!

  Problem with sleep may be due external device connected to the computer. Let us try the following steps to refine the question:

  Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the keyboard and mouse and then put the computer to sleep to test if the problem persists.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

  If the problem persists,

  Step 2: Check the reliability monitor

  When you are troubleshooting a performance issue, it is important to determine if the problem is still being produced after you have installed Windows Vista or if the problem started shortly after you have installed Windows Vista. You need to clarify this before continuing.

  This tool allows you to look into the events at the time the problem started so that you can determine any relationship between the event and the question.

  Open Reliability Monitor

  1. click on start, type reliability in the search box and press ENTER.

  2. click on Analyzer performance and reliability in the list programs.

  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.
