  Note that this was most likely caused by the Delicious Bookmarks 2.3.4 extension which appear in your list of system details and you should find an element (box) at the bottom of the menu delicious to restore the bookmarks menu.

  Design view is not 100% reliable to change the code. Better to use split view or mode Code.

  Scripted menus widgets Spry & panels are riddled with specific hacks of browser to perform well in old, finicky browsers.  Because the Design view is not a web browser, may not distinguish the specific browser hacks and the actual code.  At best, you get an approximation of your layout.

  To check your work, use the Live View and preview in browsers.

  That point the leftmost is the name of your catalog.

  If you want to change the name, use the file... Catalog to open the Catalog Manager.  You can highlight your catalog in the bottom of the dialog box and use the button "Rename".

  The area behind the menu bar and the line above, all the way through to minimize, maximize, and close icons is not opaque and the desktop and the desktop icons appear through.
